They space between the accomodation, the setting and children's areas.
Nothing- it was all fantastic.

The piece and quiet and the forest walking. the dome we stayed in was very nice and the bed sooo comfortable.will definitely go again in the future the staff were very friendly and helpful and polite very rare in some places to be all three keep it up.
Nothing we had a couple of hiccups but it was sorted straight away so can't knock the place or staff for that. Very very nice .

The location was beautiful. The facilities were great. The outdoor gym and woodland kingdom were very good.
Our bed was not that comfy. It was not properly maintained.

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights for a mini moon getaway, it was absolutely amazing and so much better than we imagined, the scenery & peace was something we havnt seen or had in such a long time, we was so relaxed the full stay ! Just perfect for a de stress break! Gorgeous views, excellent /modern accommodation and to top it off a hot tub!!
We didn’t dislike anything!

No staff to help on site or reception or over the phone. The emergency contact was unreachable in an emergency - our room (CO) alarm kept ringing, but no answer or help. We had to vacate a day earlier due the health and safety concerns.

Really enjoyed the trip. Great facility and the area and staff were lovely. A great place to bring the dogs as well.
Few small problems i.e. radiator was dangerously hot even after we turned it down, no soap or toilet roll, but these are expected considering we were the first guests in this Newly built property. Would defo come again, great experience.

The glamping pods were amazing. so peaceful and secluded.
Not serving food in the Bar. Ended up leaving the site which was not my intention. My plan was pizza making one night and bar food the other night.

views and peaceful location
check in was rushed and by staff who clearly wanted to leave
even though a DIY approach accommodation, no fairy lights (all burnt out) and battery powered lights luckily replaced as I had space in car.
room was full of pine needles and dirt (expected as it’s outdoor accommodation however amount was excessive)
externally geodome needs a clean. I wiped it down with clothes as night sky was visibly poor.
bottles of beer and cans in forest to read of geodome and rear bin was half full.
shower outside does not exceed 12 degrees so cannot be marketed as hot shower. used communal showers which were brilliant.
DIY pizza was brilliant idea and delicious.
views are phenomenal so really it’s saving grace but feel the price paid is excessive seeing the service I received
highly recommend local pub black horse

We stayed in Pegasus Dome and it was beautiful!! I went with my husband and 2 year old. The bed was so comfy & space was good. The bathroom was very clean and we loved the outdoor decking! The grass field out front was perfect for my daughter to go running around on & she even made friends with the family next door which was lovely! We used the communal kitchen which was very clean and had absolutely everything you could think of! Camp Katur has so much around that we could go and see, my daughter loves the climbing castle and the woods.
The only negative we have was that our starlight peep hole thing above the bed wasn’t clean, it was smudged so we couldn’t see the stars plus covered in leaves from the tree above.

fantastic beautiful location
pizza package was offered and not consistent, with no other eateries nearby it was quite essential.
Over 1hr late and ingredients were only offered once further questions asked by numerous guests. Bat manager far from. thrilled she had to facilitate pizza packages.

Location, space, wood provided
Fit 5 in bedrooms and friend had to sleep on sofa. Pull out bed isn't a double

Camp katur was a self catering trip- all the facilities were brilliant and the family really enjoyed them self. A lovely family get away experiencing glamping for the first time!
Everything was perfect!

very quaint and offbeat
back to nature
I came at a very quiet time. which I enjoyed, but for more social folk might enjoy it more when it’s busier, lots of good walks with the dog exploring the camp grounds
from the nearest Parking area it was a fair distance to the pod with a lot of heavy items, tried to do it over a few runs. would be a lot easier if you could take car to the pod to drop off and pick up. but I was directed not to go beyond the gate a couple times when asked, even though I was the only one in the meadow at the time.
an annoyance was the lack of sleep due to squirrels etc on the roof, I know this can’t be controlled but it added to my exhaustion.
I was in a non electric pod but thought there would be some facility to charge phones etc within the communal area, as such I had no phone for my last night ( my recommendation would be to bring your own form of charging)
the last night it rained fairly heavy and I felt like I was leaving with a lot of damp and wet items (and self)

Beautiful location. Quiet and serene. Lots of open space. Bunny rabbits for company.
Honesty system for wood/bbq stuff. Communal kitchen has all necessities. Bedlinen option was great.
Only thing was the lack of comfortable chairs in front of the dome (they are wooden). And the campbed could do with a little mattress to keep the cold out. (Solved it by putting a sleeping bag under the sheet.)

very well equipped, great design, very cosy
no plug socket

Really enjoyed my 2 night stay being off grid and exploring nature. Would love to have stayed longer and hope to return. Waking up to sunrise and the view of stars at night would definitly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed and were very informative without being over-bearing. The accommodation was lovely, as were the vast grounds. The communal areas were well stocked and clean.
We only saw one other couple while we were there, which is the kind of seclusion and quiet we wanted from this holiday, but I can imagine its a very good place for families in the peak season, with lots of different areas to explore and play on, and a long list of activities on offer. We will definitely be back when our little lady is older so we can enjoy more of what's available.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I mentioned to the lady at reception and she offered a warden to come and have a look at a possible broken bed slat. She also mentioned the mattresses were due to be changed, which is fair enough.

Communal area for a group of friends to get together and separate off later on. Location is excellent for walking.
Basic facilities but what we needed. Toilets outside of the accommodation however we did book the communal huts so to be expected.

We stayed in the hobbit hide I liked the window right next to the bed.
The property was infested with flies and the bed sheets still dirty covered in dead flies. This was resolved by a member of staff but by spraying and filling the room with wasp killer which wasn’t ideal with having a small child with us. The surrounding parts such as facilities and outdoor dining and park was a nice touch but was run down. It looked asif they put so much effort and thought in at the beginning then struggled to maintain it. Little things like no batteries in the fairy lights ( not a single pair worked around the whole area) and broken lights in the toilet and just all round dirty and taty.

Our stay was fabulous great get away staff were lovely and attentive. The wild cooking was a good touch to our stay . We will be back again
Our accommodation was a little tired and dirty unfortunately for the price we paid but it was still a great stay .

Breakfast was chargeable but a plenty of choice, we went for the Full English which uses locally grown meat-high quality stuff!
It's a huge site with plenty of space and lots of different accommodation types. There's also plenty of Olay area space for kids (and a huge wooden castle).
Having a pub/restaurant on site with a choice of real ales was good. Staff were really friendly and couldn't do enough to help.
Kitchen could do with some more cutlery

For Romeo and Juliet it was very disappointing
Dirty,fairy lights didn’t work
