won’t stay again. Very expensive for what we got.
location - was only hotel near venue in Wetherby
it needs a good refurb. our room was tired. Curtains ill fitting, room felt cold - unable to put heating on. fitness room not fit for purpose - needs new, safer equipment.

Way too hot.
Nice property and staff and good food.
Unfortunately very dated, way too hot and in need of updating.

Was ok, expected more for the money
The surrounding were lovely
I rang at least three times prior to my stay to ask if the a la carte menu was on, no one got back to me despite saying they would. When I got there and asked they said a la carte was never on in December which I could have been told the three times I rang

Enjoyable stay. Would recommend.
Room was comfortable. All areas well staffed.
Alcohol was quite expensive. One of the staff was quite bossy.

Expensive for what was provided.
The staff and breakfast were very good. After a long drive, and feeling very tired, it took me ages to find the place. I asked the hotel for directions in advance but was told to come off the motorway at Wetherby services and they were about 3 miles away. I assumed that it would be clear if i headed for the centre. It wasn't. I drove all over Wetherby until I saw a supermarket and asked a kind gentleman who knew where it was. It's a long way out of Wetherby. The hotel was ok, but expensive for what they were offering. I had a second booking there for the return journey but I cancelled it.
