Friendly staff, beautiful hotel, clean & tidy room. Great value for money.
Bed could have been a bit more comfy.

Great location for beach and shops. A great variety for breakfast
No view. Bathroom needs a deep clean and up grading.

Outside pool was great.
Bed was comfy
Bar area lacked atmosphere, could of done with some background music on.
Staff seemed young and in experienced.
There was a private function on the first night which we weren’t told about so had loud music going until 12am and people lingering afterwards until 1am. Wasn’t ideal when it was under our room.
Mentioned it the next morning and they seem shocked it was an issue and weren’t apologetic.
Bathroom in room needs updating and a good deep clean. Lack of pressure on the shower

Bar and pool was amazing! Beds super comfortable
Having to leave the car park the next day by 11am. Would have been nice to leave the car there until 3/4pm so we could go get lunch

The position near to the theatres, town, seafront etc.
Staff very welcoming and helpful.

Just loved it and so did my children. Honestly felt like a home away from home. Have recommended to friends and family. Will definitely be staying again.

The pool and friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating.
The carpark is very small and overcrowded. Also the charges. It's free if you book with the hotel direct but £15 per night with booking.com

Everything about our stay was fantastic, initial welcome by front staff member Gaia was great she was so helpful! The room was wonderful, the pool was the icing on the cake my 2 children loved it and were so sad to come home again .. your location is fab, a quiet spot but so close to the seafront and entertainment.. all round excellency!! Very friendly and helpful staff!

Good location , fairly large family room , outdoor swimming pool brilliant.
Potential short off staff. During our stay one person make drinks behind the bar , picking up ready meals from kitchen and delivery to the table as well as helping at the front desk so regardless U try to order your drinks , waiting for food or at the front desk U getting false feeling of being ignored, off course all staff do whatever they can to provide best service.

Really lovely staff, great location and lots of fun. The pool was a highlight!
4.0
The view, the balcony, the location, the friendliness, the parking (although expensive parking).
The shower. Was an old mixer tap over bath, not very effective to control, the bath was blocked and filled up too much from shower and the maintenance guy couldn't fix it. The water in the hand basin was not good as the filter behind was also clogged and again maintenence had to try and solve. Loved the place but not the bathroom.

Bar area was lovely and relaxed area.
Room very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but could of been better choice for the money.

The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. It was situated near to the beach. The room was clean and spacious.
The shower in the room was difficult to use. The hot water was very hot so it was difficult to use the shower without burning yourself. The shower screen did not move making it difficult to judge the temperature of the water without getting into the bath tub and potentially burning yourself. The mini fridge in the room was very noisy and kept making loud noises intermittently throughout the night. The staff could have been more informative. They didn't ask what we would like to do during our stay or offer us use of any of the hotels facilities.

Close to the beach and a lot of free car parks.
Breakfast is very poor and cheap, Coffee is terrible, the carpets in the floor and in the rooms are dirty and smelling.
The pricing is too high for this hotel.
Only positive: The bathroom in my room seems to be new and it was clean and nice.
4.0
location and the room
quirky stairs and room was very near to a ballroom which was very loud
