Great central location with convenient parking. Clean, tidy house with all necessary facilities. Helpful owner. Spacious rooms and lovely garden. Comfortable, warm atmosphere. Highly recommended.

This is a Georgian period property - interesting in itself if you have never occupied somewhere like it - with a modern kitchen. The position works well for places of interest and local supplies. It also could hardly be better placed for anyone wishing to access the Isle of White by ferry.
The owner corresponded promptly and courteously regarding the booking.

This is a great location almost in the centre of Lymington and less than 5 minutes walk from the Quay, pubs and restaurants. A big plus is the parking space at the rear of the property which is a rare facility of rental properties in the Town.
The house itself was provided clean and tidy with all the facilities provided.
Th only downside from a personal perspective was the size of the showers for large people like ourselves otherwise a good house in a good location. Would recommend.

Spacious three bedrooms and great to have two bathrooms - bath with separate shower unit on top floor (for twin and large double rooms) and compact shower cubicle on first floor (with standard double room).
Sunny upstairs lounge, brilliantly equipped kitchen, lovely garden. Excellent to have washing machine and dryer in the basement - easy is access - the stairs are fine, lower headroom needs care though! Warm and cosy house.
Decor is fading but is somehow in keeping with the age of the house. Two minute walk to the town centre and a little more to the harbour. We charged our EV in the public car park with no difficulty.
In our opinion, parking at the house is for one medium to large car or two small, due to very narrow lane which is a little tricky to manoeuvre in but it was great to have on site parking.
We needed help at one point and the owner, William, couldn’t have been swifter or more proactive. Thank you.

The property was perfect for my family, a charming period property and only a short walk from both Lymington high street and the quay.
The rear garden felt secluded and a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening.
The host was also very responsive and helpful and we would definitely look to stay again when we next visit the area.

We all enjoyed our stay at Sea House, it was warm and very comfortable the only issue we had was with the laundry, the location was down some very steep stairs in a musty, damp basement.

A Truly Delightful House
My best friend together with my sister and brother-in-law stayed in this charming house for a week. The modern kitchen provided us with every convenience for eating at home when we wished. Beds were comfortable and there were loads of hangers in the closets, not something that you often get in guest accommodation. The garden was beautiful and we sat in one of the three sitting areas one sunny afternoon with our wine. All in all a lovely experience in this old Georgian house.

Beautiful property, excellent location
It was a pleasure staying at this delightful property. We had a lovely time; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt very comfortable and at home. As our group consisted of two households, the large kitchen/diner and separate living room allowed our group to spend time separately and together. Our daughter enjoyed spending time in the garden and as Lymington town centre is only a short walk we enjoyed exploring the town.

Disaster
We have never encountered so many horrendous & ongoing issues from a host. We hope he takes it seriously to upgrade for the next guests who chose to rent. The list is too long to write here but photos and descriptions reported to HomeAway. A truly horrid experience for us as a family and hence a real let

Lovely character house
We took our two elderly mothers away fro a week and stayed in this beautiful house. It is full of character and really felt homely. The kitchen is fully equipped with a five burner gas hob and every utensil you can think of! The 3 double bedrooms are large and spacious, with the one on the first floor being en-suite. The lounge is cosy yet spacious as well. There is a utility room in the basement but you will need to watch your head if you’re taller than about 5’5” going down the stairs. Reading a lot of the previous reviews, I was concerned about the parking, but I have a 4x4 and it was nowhere near as difficult to park at the rear of the property as some are making out. The property is perfectly situated as it is a very short walk to the town centre and also close to the Isle of Wight ferry. It is a good base for plenty of other places to visit. We would certainly stay at Sea House again.

Beautiful house very close to the quay and the shops
The house is lovely - very comfortable and homely, in a grand sort of way. It's a very short walk from the quay and from the shops (and the excellent Saturday market) in the High Street. But we did find parking (at the back of the house) challenging. The parking area is tucked behind a row of garages in a narrow lane. The parking area is raised above the lane, with a variable drop, and I found it difficult to avoid the deepest part of the drop while at the same time avoiding the wall on the other side of the lane. But it was manageable with my wife's help ("Left hand down a bit...").

Great house!
Spent a lovely week here. Plenty of space, warm, comfortable and clean. Lovely garden with chairs and tables to enjoy the sun! We found parking our C max and pulling out into the road bit awkward but is manageable don't let this put u off though!
