Location of property and maintenance.

Regulations of guest coming into property was ridiculous. I was not allowed to have visitors at the property to even wait for taxi due to safety. Property owner did not care about our safety.

Convenient location for Glasgow Central Station. The apartment was clean, quiet & comfortable. It was a short notice booking due to a cancelled train. The lady on the phone was quick to answer her phone to give us directions and was very patient.

It was a bit confusing to find. The booking showed it as 27 York Street, but it has number 74 on the door to the apartment block.

Beautiful flat with nice decorations

They key system was horrendous. Took us quite awhile to figure out what is what. Finally had to call the owner to get into the flat because the keys were switch with another apartment.

Good central location. Quiet

The owner was rude and unprofessional, very uncaring towards us and we had to chase up our deposit despite being told we would get it back in two working days. Did not even know the Wi-Fi code. The car park that we were directed to was run down, full of potholes and did not feel safe at all. It also would have been good to know about the Low Emissions Zone. The apartment had made items broken including the cooker. Slats missing from one of the beds, stains on the carpet and the glass door to the en suite non short of dangerous. Food left in the cupboards including open packets. To be honest we are utterly disgusted and appalled and will be looking into avenues to complain. We should not have been treated like this after paying the best part of £500.

Views out of all windows , no direct sunlight. Tv s not working in both bedrooms .

The apartment was exactly like in the photos. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and, in a very central location. Communications were excellent, with prompt replies to any questions asked. Will definately book again. I would highly recommend.

Work being done, in the building, which was so loud, and started around 6am. Not the fault of the owners of this apartment, annoying as it was. Fortunately, it didn't take away, any of the enjoyment, of the time in Glasgow.
