Close to the airport and has a free shuttle bus to get to the airport. Friendly staff. Spacious room.

Very friendly staff!

Fabulous staff and facilities, they really could not do enough. Made me feel very welcome. The swimming pool is fabulous.

Massage is over priced, more expensive than Europe and no matter which one you book, you get a standard chinese massage. Very good standard though. Don’t bother with the pre hold on your credit card as the restaurant and spa want paying direct, thus nothing can be charged to your room.

It was nice and quiet, great to relax.

Limited eating options, staff was weak with English language

Helpful and friendly staff who spoke very good English. Room was lovely spacious and clean. Close to the airport for an early flight.

Nothing really apart from children over 2 not being allowed to be in the pool changing rooms of the opposite sex - it’s a bit over the top and it meant my 5 yo son had to go and get changed etc alone

Taxis don't like to take you there, too short, also, it's a deserted area with insufficient signs to find the hotel. At check-out we didn't get out invoice as "printer was broken". Being advised to wait 5 min. we waited 16 with several reminders to the staff, paid the taxi and still didn't get the invoice, just later by mail

For an stop over, location is perfect, the bedroom was very nice, clean and big

Communication with the staff on the phone was terrible, they couldn't help me out to explain the address to the taxi driver. The address in the app only showed in English, taxi driver didn't understand. The other thing is that no snacks at all in the minibar, I arrived late so no room service either.
