The bathroom lock was broken.Not standard home 2 suites hotel type

Easy access

No EV charger as stated on website. Front desk wasn’t sure what kind of charger system they had. Also was to call manager and then let me know what charging system was available. No call from anyone.

I absolutely love how the shower had a door, and not a curtain, the bathroom was very spacious, the bedding smelled clean, and was comfortable, the dishes and dishwasher in our room was an extreme plus. We really enjoyed the blackout shades in our room, breakfast was enjoyable, everything was easy to find. Checkout time being at noon was awesome because most places are at 11:00, so we could take our time leaving. The location was great, there were many restaurants and shopping areas across the street. The staff was very nice, and very helpful with everything. We would absolutely stay here again.

The $100 card hold fee, is a bit much. It was added back right away, but it seemed a little ridiculous. I didn't really like the reusable toiletries in the bathroom. I'd rather have little mini bottles, instead of the same ones everyone has been using over and over, and touching. Who knows if anyone has put anything in those besides what's supposed to be in there. 😂

The breakfast was good. The gym was great, TV in gym wasn't working, but I don't use a TV while working out.

We were told we had to leave for cleaning of room, came back after an hour lunch, nothing was cleaned, 2 trash liners changed. Had to clean our own room, didn't mind it. Just don't like being lied to.

The size of the room was nice and the mirrors.

The shower was not that clean and it was an open and used bar of soap in the shower when we arrived. The room smelled like it hadn’t been touched in months. Also, the water in the shower was very Luke warm. I did not enjoy my shower. Y’all need to add another set of elevators too on the other side.

Duży, przestronny pokój z aneksem kuchennym, naczyniami, mikrofalówka i lodówką. Śniadanie jak na amerykańskie standardy dość dobrze urozmaicone. Czysto, ładnie i bezproblemowo.

Jedyny minus to sofa która jest traktowana jak łóżko 2-osobowe , wykupując pokój na 6 osób nie ma kompletu ręczników ani pościeli, w recepcji są bez problemu dostępne ale trzeba o nie poprosić

Room was clean and spacious.

Bed was not comfortable, we didn't have enough pillows and front desk said they didn't have any more pillows. Pool very very cold.

The location, it was clean, and the rooms were nice.

The bathroom door in our room would not latch.
