We stayed in 3 VRBO'S on this trip, and this one was the best! The hosts were accommodating in every way, and their home was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this rental!

We really liked our accommodations but for a few things. It's a daylight basement and nicely furnished, but because it is quite dark, it needs more lamps to compensate. There were several missing lightbulbs in the fixtures we did have, too. The induction plate was too hot to cook on well (which I would have liked to have done) but there is a full size microwave. Our hosts had generously supplied eggs, fruit, cereal, bottled water and coffee (Thank you, Oke, that was such a treat!!)
Our only real issue was this: in the early mornings and evenings, we could hear the thumping of heavy footsteps upstairs, to the point of interfering with our conversations or trying to sleep late in the mornings.
We mentioned this to the owner as we were packing the car to leave at the end. He apologized, and kindly said we should have told them; they would have been more considerate and he was right, we should have, but we felt awkward doing so. All and all, we had a very, very nice stay.

We enjoyed the well cared for suite and an outdoor deck as well. It was also a great location for travelling to and from the mountains. The hosts were organized and friendly in our communications and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend this property to family and friends.

This was the perfect place for us, easy to get to Banff from Calgary.
Only downside was not being able to cook breakfast, if there was an electric skillet or something to fry eggs in it would have been great.

This place can only host 6 people at most. Thera are 2 badrooms for up to 4 and sofa bad in leaving room. There are only 4 sets of plates and cups.

The stay with Oke was amazing! Great homely touches with all the amenities that you will need for your stay! Access and travel from Okes home is great! Close to the Calgary climbing gym and the Olympic win sports park. Being on the west side of Calgary means you are even closer to the mountains, which reduces your travel time if you are looking a day visit.
Oke provided fresh fruit, eggs, coffee, hot chocolate and milk for us to eat as much as we needed. Great stay and convenient location for travel to the mountains from Calgary and the west side of Calgary. Would stay again.

We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the suite. They had lots of kids toys and a trampoline which was great for our friend’s toddler. The host was willing to accommodate a change to our booking which was appreciated. The check in instructions were provided 2 hours after the 4pm check in time, but fortunately we had not arrived at the suite yet. Overall we had a great time and would recommend staying here.

We came to Calgary for climbing nationals and this location was perfect. Large bedrooms, large living room area, very functional kitchen for cooking meals and a terrific deck for enjoying the spring weather.

Kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, a crockpot, air fryer, two hotplates, a microwave and toaster… and a coffee maker.
I was amazed at the amount of breakfast items provided by the host… 4 different kinds of cereal, eggs, milk, two kinds of juice, apples and oranges… very generous!
The location is great! We did two daytrips to Banff and zipped all over the city easily.
Very close to the Calgary Farmers Market (amazing place!) and grocery stores/pizza/fast food close by.
I loved everything about this place and will book it again when in Calgary.

As we arrived we were greeted by the hosts and they helped us get the door unlocked.
We walked into beautiful music playing on the stereo.
There were wonderful choices of hot and cold cereals. There were also water bottles, coffee, and milk.
One thing I missed was bread and a toaster.
The suite was very clean and welcoming. The location is great if you want to exit to Canmore/Banff quickly.
The hosts were friendly and made us feel at home!

We had a nice pleasant stay. Lots of room for the 4 of us. The construction getting there was terrible and we couldn’t get the door key unlocked very easy but other than that it wasn't a stressful checkin. Oke got ahold of me right away to figure out the lock. Would recommend this place for sure!!

What a great stay! Comfortable, roomy, and everything you need from kitchenette to laundry. Hosts very responsive to questions. Quiet neighborhood and always parking available regardless of when I arrived! A must for anyone commuting to events at Winsport or the Olympic park, downtown only a few minutes farther. Would stay here again for sure!
