the location it’s perfect pretty central everything was about 10 min taxi ride and also in a walkable distance. in the building there is also a 24h concierge so very safe and the man is helpful give as a lot of advise on local good restaurants. also thank you so much to the Staff, I was In Naples for work but it was over my bday and they welcomed me with an Amazing cake and a bottle of presecco grazie mille

Could put comforter on bed

They got me in after my other stay flooded. Good amenities like tea and coffee. Kind staff.

The shower door hit the bidet when trying to open.

Host was very helpful and supportive during our stay. Communication with him was very easy and reliable. Little extras in the bathroom were good and the additional facilities of coffee machine, microwave and toaster in the main hall.

Some aspects of the room in respect of wear and tear but generally all was good and the room was serviced to a high standard everyday.

the location is great, next to the sea, in a safe area of the city. staff always ready to answer at any question. i reccomend it.

the room was very spacious and very clean! the staff are so friendly and understanding (flight was delayed) and they waited for us with no hesitation & gave us all the tour and information for our stay.

Very helpful and elastic host - Luciano. Any problems with the stay, changing the rooms, leaving the scooter in courtyard- we were positively surprised. Perfect view from the balcony to the sea and Vesuvius. Quite big room.

The other room was pretty small and no balcony, so we advise to book the bigger one- not big difference in costs and it is definitely worth it!

No signs of the hotel, rooms are old and needs renovation. pictures on the internet doesn’t reflect the real situation and conditions. There was trash left from the previous guests in the bathroom. Poor rooms insolation.
