We were on the ground floor near a road that had continual traffic so I had quite a disturbed night. Also the bed was quite soggy and uncomfortable.

Lovely ample room, great heating. Big windows - great light in the morning! With blackout rollers for those who prefer it darker in the morning. Shower was incredible! Big shower plate with waterfall shower and handheld shower head. Great stay! Would definitely recommend. Host greeted us upon entry and explained everything:) 5 parking spaces on the door - first come first served, we found a space, but there is plenty of options on the street.
Nothing! Our room was towards the street and if you are a light sleeper you can occasionally hear a lorry driving by at night. Wasn’t a problem for us.

Room ok, location great.Concept of self serve entry. Room service lady very pleasant.
Key on ring to outwsid door kept getting tuck so every time I went in and out I had to open key box hidden behind plant and downpipe. Bathroom had no proper shower and very trick to regulate water temperature.

Allocated same room as another guest (I know this for a fact as he was a colleague as few of us staying here re work event).
Was sorted but very nonchalantly after I spent best part of 20 mins trying to access property and room allocated.
Tiny bathroom, tiny bedroom. Felt very much like every inch of the house has been utilised to gain maximum profit.

It was a quiet location close to the town centre. It had most of the required facilities.
The bed was too soft, and the room was cramped. We stayed 3 nights, and although the room was partly cleaned the waste basket wasn't emptied of its waste food. The room wasn't fully cleaned on the second day. The sink in the bathroom was miniscule.

Disappointed that no breakfast was included, so did not feel full value for money. Great location for town centre.
Immediately on entering the room there was a strong smell of previous smoking in the room, particularly strong in the bathroom and this was not pleasant. Although it was not specified as non-smoking, this tainted the stay in the room.

Only a short walk to the historic centre.
The property is on the corner of the main A6121 through Stamford so be prepared for traffic noise through the night if sleeping with the window open in the Summer. In addition, we were woken up at 3am by someone trying to get into our room in the night.

Great localisation, clean, easy self-check-in
The smell!!! My goodness, I got sick because of the diffuser in the entrance which was so strong that it was invading the room on the first floor too. I had to turn the plug off in the hall and keep all the windows open to get rid of it enough to be able to sleep.
On a road with traffic so ear plugs are necessary to sleep with opened windows.
Ridiculously small sink. Couldn't fill my small bottle of water completely.

The room was full of mold, including the water boiler that we thankfully didn't drink out of. Room was in desperate need of a deep clean.

The location was excellent. Very short walk to the centre of Stamford. Check in instructions were easy to follow. Room was very clean, modern & comfortable.
The carpark spaces are on a slope, when going up & coming down, the underneath of the car scraped on the road. Think it should be mentioned in the write up & then visitors have the option to maybe choose parking up the road.
