Shower was great beds were comfortable

I work in food service so I know the eggs were not cooked to temp. Most everyone including me agree the eggs were not good. They were wet watery blocks. Cook them.to temp then some.more to cook off the excess water and cut them up to appear like scrambled eggs.

The location was perfect. it’s right off the interstate. the employees were super friendly. The hotel has a cool, retro vibe and rooms were nicely decorated in the same decorum. my little girl loved the pool.

The hotel was nice and in a nice location. It was very clean. The room was nice. It was nicer than I expected

It was a hot day. Our air in the room wasn't working. We told the front desk and they just said that they'll have It looked at. We didn't get moved to another room, we didn't get a discount or anything. We had to sleep miserably in a hot room.

Breakfast was nothing special and the location was near I-75. Water pressure in our room was very good and the soap dispenser was good.

The first room we were assigned was dirty and the floor was very sticky. The second room had no chair, no coffee maker and no microwave. Only one light switch for the two queen beds plus only one bed stand. Needed 2or3bed stands. The shower drain was in the middle of the stall, very slippery and the shower grab bar was poorly located for getting in or our of the shower. A definite safety hazard. Will never stay in a Tru hotel

Hotel night staff harnessed us about someone smoking an illegal substance and ask us to keep a look out! Extremely weird and we will not stay there again

Amazing beds and cleanliness

Lights above bed controlled both lights. One person couldn’t read while other person slept. Faucet, shower foot handles and mini shelf in shower were all loose.
