The bed was rather firm

The room was appointed nicely. The front desk was very nice however the woman who checked us in was pretty scary looking with piercings and tattoos displayed provocatively. Not conducive to what I’d expect for Marriott.

A great place to stay on our family road trip down to Florida. Close to the I75, incredibly welcoming and friendly staff, fantastic room and great complimentary buffet breakfast. Will stay again for sure.

Everything about this hotel is great.. very clean! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is nice and modern. Only draw backs if I were to list any… the bed isn’t the most comfortable and the coffee isn’t stellar.

The most overpriced hotel room i have ever paid for. 423$. But my kids team was staying there so I didn't want him to miss out on that.

I wouldn’t waste your money. 2/3 tvs didn’t work. AC didn’t work. A lot of stuff in the room was busted up. We rented the two bedroom suite and are extremely disappointed. This place has potential but needs TLC!

Loved the kitchenette and the little Palmolive soap was a nice touch. Great pull out desks, chairs and little sofas. Very good use of space.

Our first stay and we were so happy with the choice, we had a room with two Queen beds and well equipped kitchen area and a large bathroom. Room was very quiet and well maintained and clean. Our dog and us loved the amount of walking paths and grass in the surrounding area and will for sure COME BACK !, forgot to mention the abundance of restaurants around the hotel !

The place was very clean and staff was very friendly room was spacious really well kept but it got cold that night and the unit in the room didn’t work I just felt with it Bc I was only there 1 night please get maintenance on that but overall all it was nice and when I come back to Richmond I’ll stay again

Stopped due to a snow storm, and luckily got a room with short notice. Front desk manager was very kind and welcoming. Great service.

We had booked a king bed with a full oven, When we arrived after a 10 hr drive we were told that there were no king beds available only queen beds and we must have booked incorrectly I ten found our booking with a king bed specified, No apology no adjustment, They said it was hotels.coms fault Then they told u the oven were only in suites as additional 40bucks, There was only 1 luggage cart for the whole building, The tub faucet and shower head were so loose that they were ready to fall off the wall. There were no handrails in the shower a definite safety hazard

Excellent hotel. Nice amenities, great room features like kitchen with stove/full refrigerator, and dishwasher with provided pots/pans. Nice outdoor fire pit (gas) was pleasant.

Everything was just as booked. Staff was EXTREMELY courteous - the outdoor area is the BEST I have ever seen - could have used a little more parking - the hotel seems to be popular. But that is not a big deal to me. We will be staying there again
