Left my jacket in the room, went back the next day and they wouldn’t look or let me look and said they haven’t seen it.

Upon arrival everything smelled clean. Checked in and was told theres no hot tub as advertised, the pool was cold, there was no toilet paper in our room also not a single washcloth, the jetted tub we paid for didnt even hold water. There was 1 light over the sink in the bathroom that worked. There was multiple light bulbs missing in our room and all throughout the hotel. There was hairs and stains all over our sheets, we killed multiple fleas in our room and still ended up with bites all over me. Its very run down with a lot of "lipstick". The staff was very nice. Overall, one of the worst hotels I've stayed in and I'd definitely never recommend it to anyone else.

Staff & breakfast was great ! The manager said he couldn't do anything about the condition of the room. Room was clean-all paper coming down, curtain shredded on outside,Frig hard to get into. ceiling in bathroom & main room was peeling. toilet seat unstable.

I was disappointed upon arrival, hotel exterior looked dated in my opinion and website photos looked like it was brand new. Booked room with whirlpool tub. Only problem was the jets looked like they were working until you get in. No pressure from the jets to massage your back or sore muscles. It barely moved the water around. I did complain to the front desk. They apologized fir the inconvenience and only charged me for a regular room. Appreciated the upgrade refund, but was disappointed because we were looking forward to the whirlpool after driving 12 hours to get there on our way home

Was fine. The jacuzzi Jets are very week so it’s mostly just a big tub and there was some spots of wear. All around okay for the price

Booked this hotel for Indoor pool and Hot Tub (as advertised). Hot tub no longer exists (can see it was at one time) and pool was being warmed by way of a garden hose running through the hall. Payed an extra $40+ a night for the advertised hot tub. Room needs updating also. TV remote barely worked, blinds wouldn’t close fully, toilet ran constantly. I’ll never understand why you put two towels in a room built for four. To be fair none of this was raised to the staff. Don’t think it would have made much difference though. Way overpriced for what you get.

The property was good overall but we got a suite with a fold out couch. The mattress was stained in 3 different places and did not have a sheet on it. We did not use it. That was disappointing. The place does need some updating with the chipping tubs and our bathroom door didn't close all the way.

Not good. Paint peeling from the walls because of mold, mold all over the bathroom, nearly the whole hotel parking is empty but somehow no vacancy — based on the condition of our room, it’s because most of the rooms were worse than ours. Wouldn’t have paid a quarter of the price.

The hotel did not have a hot tub even though it was advertised. The hallways smelled like smoke despite being a non-smoking hotel. The complimentary breakfast was an absolute joke with very limited options (limited by even complimentary breakfast options). Insanely overpriced for the property. Strongly advise against staying here.

We needed a quick one night stay during our road trip. This hotel was perfect. Friendly helpful staff. Room was great with comfortable beds. Plenty of room for our family of five. Breakfast was simple but because we were getting back on the road I appreciated the prepackaged items and fruit that we could grab to take with us.

We stayed here cause of another booking that fell thru. It was quiet and clean. Didn’t have much water pressure in the shower and the toilet was pitiful in flushing but otherwise it was ok for an overnight stay. I would probably stop here again

When walking in, immediately everything smelled like smoke. When in the room, there we many issues. The issues were the following: dividing wall was dirty and had stains and dirt marks, refrigerator had a tray under (probably for leaks) that prevented the door from opening, shower head had only one usable setting, looked like mold was painted over on the ceiling (stains everywhere), only one light switch in the bathroom worked (no fan and no light by the shower, only over sink), bathroom door did not latch. I will make sure to spend whatever money needed next trip I take to stay at a better hotel.

This hotel is clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Atmosphere feels safe. Never had any problems. We stay here several times per year for business purposes.

A place to sleep. Beds were comfortable. Could have been cleaner, but needs some update and love. Wall paper peeling off in the bathroom. Bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a garbage disposal. Shower turn off ready to fall off the wall. Expensive for what you got, but what isn't now days.

The room was in terrible condition, especially for the price and the pictures online. When I requested a refund less than an hour after we checked in we were told that an issue would have to be approved by the general manager. I revisited the hotel in the morning, after booking a new hotel room down the road, and the assistant managers on duty told me that she believed I'd only get a half refund because the GM "needs to get his money too" and all of the pictures I showed her were "all maintenance issues" and they "could only do so much" to get the issues resolved. I have sent an email to the managers attention, and am awaiting their response.
Room was unclean and falling apart. The plaster on the ceiling was falling off, and the wallpaper peeling from the wall with exposed mold behind it.

The breakfast was nice, but our room wasn’t in great condition. The tub had a lot of stains and the carpet was coming up by the threshold to the bathroom. Staff were all friendly and the property itself was quiet, but we were woken up by a lot of nose outside the hotel (traffic, sirens, garbage trucks, etc).

The hotel needs some updates. As soon as I walked in the hotel lobby it smelled like a bathroom. The staff was so kind and professional. It’s quiet and near restaurants and the interstate. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom needs serious improvements. There was rust on the lamp and the lamp shade had a hole in it. On the curtains and shower there were permanent stains.
