The room was clean but the smell of fabulous was too stong and sicking. It was overwhelming. Maybe a little less fabulous.

We stopped her on a pit stop on way home. It seemed pretty clean. Close to lots of restaurants and right off the interstate. There was a homeless man walking the parking lot at night. The beds were extremely small. Seemed more like a double but was thinking it said queen ?

Room was fine (very big) except at night the blinds didn't fit within the window so the room never got dark so I had difficulty sleeping.

We were placed on the first floor that was being renovated. Also we had a pet and were required to pay a $35 fee that we were not aware of when we booked the room. Since we had a pet I'm sure that is why we were put in the reconditioned area.

Alright, to be frank with you, this hotel is alright, the beds aren't as comfortable as some have reviewed, the breakfast is hot but limited and they are doing some renovations. However, overall the hotel is solid, clean and good place to stay for the price.

The hot water didn't work the first night, but the staff did send maintenence and fixed it. The people at the hotel and the dogs were loud, u could hear stomping from above. Car was also broken into one night while in parking lot. But the staff was good, the pool was good.

Hotel is easy to find, right off the interstate, lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance or short drive. Fast, friendly check in. Bathroom is small but otherwise room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was just okay and bit sparse. Left my charger cord and USB. Called to see if it could be mailed back and cost to do this. Was told $20 plus cost of UPS! Bit steep in my opinion and poor customer service. Hope housekeeping appreciates their new charging system. Have stayed multiple times and always been a good experience but because of this we won’t be back.

UNABLE TO STAY AT HOTEL - 100$ up charge for pets upon check in even though “pet friendly” room was booked. Hotel chain refused refund and front desk staff was rude and dismissive. Left without a place to stay and no refund.

I got to the hotel a little early (2pm) from traveling and went to check in. I was told check in was at 3p. I thought the lady at the desk could have checked to see if my room was available.
All the room suddenly don't become cleaned and ready at 3pm.
I did not understand the attitude

I was told they were remodeling the floor we would be on. They already tore up the carpet on half the this floor and would start the half we were in the next day. I was prewarned so that is ok. My problem was they have it mark all over in the hallways, the lobby, elevator and your room, quiet time is 9am -9pm. The loud construction outside of our room started before 8am. Guess they were not told about quiet time. I mentioned this to the man in check out counter. He said he would let his manager know. For some reason I doubt that. The run was kind of weirdly shape. But was only there 1 night. Won't ever go back to this particular quality inn.

Stayed there before. My granddaughter loves the outdoor pool. I appreciate that they put us on ground floor next to pool. Staff is very friendly.

Very clean. Very quite. Excellent breakfast. Very safe and convenient. Lots of places to shop and dine in very close proximity. Guests here were even clean, quite and courteous. Would definitely come here again.

Took my 88 year old dad who is handicapped and cannot move without a walker or traverse steps.
Was disappointed to see a bathtub instead of a roll in shower.
Adding 5 grab bars to a bathtub does NOT make it handicap friendly or accessible!

We stayed 1 night to visit with family and to look for rental properties and had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean both the room and reception area. The complementary breakfast was amazing and the staff so friendly! Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again!!
