非常的差，房间卫生很差，设施老旧，入住期间空调坏了，wifi坏了，联系房东怎么都联系不上，联系booking客服说明情况后，发现房东两头欺骗！！！房东就是个骗子，从入住头一天发现枕头发黄的卫生问题开始一直到入住最后一天，整整七天都没有为我们解决问题，并且怎么都联系不上对方，此次入住体验极其糟糕👎糟糕👎糟糕👎

1. The booking system is totally worst. I asked my friend to check in first since she is already in Jakarta but once I arrived in Jakarta airport, my friend told me that she isn’t able to get into the room or check in because the staff said my name is not in the booking system. Found out that they have their own apps called “Travelio” and have to check in their apps which isn’t familiar for a foreigner like me to know this apps.I Was keep in touch with travelio staff about what should I do and bring during the check in and they just said the booking id which I thought its booking.com id and passport only. 2.They also told my friend that the room WE HAVE BOOKED EARLIER IS ACTUALLY SOLD OUT SO THEY UPGRADED MY ROOM TO THE BIGGER ONE AND I HAVE TO ADD MORE PAYMENT FOR THE ROOM. They never email me about the room been upgraded and the person who I talk to on whatsapp DIDN’T TELL ME ANYTHING before I fly to Indonesia. I RECEIVED THE EMAIL ABOUT IT ONCE I SWITCHED ON MY PHONE AT THE AIRPORT WHILE IM LINING UP AT THE IMMIGRATION! That is totally their WHOLE BIG MISTAKE but we ARE THE ONE WHO STILL HAVE TO PAY MORE FOR THE UPGRADED ROOM WHICH I DIDNT ASK FOR. I CONTACTED THE STAFF AND THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT MY FIRST BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRMED SO I HAVE STILL TO PAY MORE FOR THE ROOM BUT THE THING IS THE AMOUNT THEY ASKED FOR THE ROOM HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT AND ALSO THE DEPOSIT ALSO HAVE BEEN DEDUCTED SO WHICH PART IS IT THEY SAID MY FIRST BOOKING IS NOT CONFIRM WHEN I ALREADY PAID FOR IT????????? 3. The WIFI network is not available at the apartment because the staff said its currently broken or something so yes imagine the whole trip without internet which it is really hard for us to do our work 😔 But then we asked for a wifi modem so thanks for that even the network is not good enough. 4. Cleanliness. The cleanliness is just so-so, when I walked the whole room it was dusty everywhere.
