The property was amazing! It worked out perfectly for all of us and everything was exactly as listed! We had an amazing time. They even left us milk, orange juice, and lots of breakfast items! I could have asked for more! I highly recommend!

Wow! This home was super comfortable and very clean! I feel like a lot of homes do not provide hardly any towels, but our host stocked us with plenty. The master bedroom king bed was very comfortable and the back patio/yard was very private and nice! Chad was exceptional as a host and very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Amazing property…. With a super generous and helpful host/owner! Chad was as good as it gets as a host! I CAN’T wait until we visit the Springs again! We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Chad!!

This property was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of space, everyone had their own room, and we enjoyed the hot tub and games that came with the property. It is a little far from everything we did (~25 minutes from all the attractions) and it’s on a busy road, but that’s the only MINOR complaint we have. It did not impact our trip at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! Thanks Chad.

Chad was super friendly through the whole process. My mom was impressed that there were 4 different choices of sugar for her coffee in the morning! Everyone had their own space. House had a unique floor plan. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend!

This home was amazing for our stay. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. There was enough space for everyone to spread out. The pool table was used daily! As was the hot tub! Everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was seamless. Fast WiFi. Great quiet location. We can’t wait to come back to Colorado and will definitely be staying here again!

Our family is 7 adults, a baby, a preschooler and 2 dogs. We will stay here again! Every detail was considered and provided for us. Baby equipment, patio space with a hot tub (didn’t get to use because of rain) and a kitchen with everything we needed! So thoughtful to have breakfast basics there for us. Very clean and convenient to all the places we wanted to go on a quick weekend!

It was a very nice home, clean plenty of space. Had a continental breakfast. Nice back yard w/ jacuzzi. Plenty of towels extra blankets. The house was very welcoming. We will rent the home in the future. The owner and hostess was veery nice. My little dog Theodore loved staying there too!

We loved this home! Very clean with a ton of amenities and extras. A kitchen that is actually functional with plenty of cookware and dishes. Thoughtful touches like having snacks available and milk/juice in the fridge when we arrived were appreciated. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Location was convenient to red rocks, pikes peak and Cheyenne canon. Great communication with hosts.

We had a great stay at this home! Everything was clean and comfortable. First place I've stayed where the window treatments actually blocked almost all the light; appreciated having different types of pillows, which added to the good night's sleep. Noises died down during the evening, too. Milk, juice, and lots of snacks provided. Teenagers loved the pool table and Wii. Bathrooms were plentiful, clean, and well-stocked. Sofa and easy chairs were really comfortable. We kept commenting on how great the place was. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!!!

The property is perfectly located to do everything in Colorado Springs. The host has it all layed out in a super helpful book with local activities and places to eat. They even had snacks, and a few essentails at the house. Our family loved the ganeroom and the hot tub!

The house was clean, comfy, and cozy. We arrived to a very clean home, and comfortable beds, which was very much needed after a long day of travel. The added amenities, partially stocked kitchen, TV, and man couches to lounge on were an added plus. Many happy family memories were made in this home. An event at the academy is what brought us to the springs, and the home was close to our event. Anything else we wanted to do was within a 25 minute drive. We slept five adults, one teenager, a toddler and a baby very comfortably here. Will absolutely remember this location if our travels bring us to Colorado Springs again.

This house is tri-level and so much fun for a family. Besides the numerous games, hot tub and snack amenities, the view from the kitchen window could be mistaken as a painting of Pike's Peak. But no, it's the real mountain! We absolutely loved this house and neighborhood.

We had a great time in this house during our vacation to Colorado. We were snowed in for a few days and there was plenty to keep our kids occupied (games, pool table, hot tub). The house was very clean, comfy beds and fully stocked. It is located on a semi-busy road so we had to use sound machines at night.

Me and my friends couldn't believe what the property was like, clean and well maintained. The rules, amenities, and processes were clearly explained and easy to follow. Owners were great to communicate with and extremely accommodating. We will be using this property again and I would highly recommend to others.

I was so happy with this VRBO! The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were even snacks and a Keurig waiting for us. The bathrooms had wonderful fluffy towels with little shampoo/conditioner and soaps. The furniture was so comfortable including the beds and couches. The blankets and comforters on the beds were wonderfully thick and warm. We loved the basement with the pool table and Wii. The host shoveled the snow off the sidewalk and path up to the house!! (Thank you for that!) The surrounding area was a very nice, quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants. We will definitely want to stay here again.

Chad has done a fantastic job with this property. Kitchen was fully equipped as well as the bathrooms. It snowed while we were there, and Chad came out and shoveled the walks. Everything was clean, well decorated and cared for. Chad was quick to answer any questions we had about the unit and surrounding area. We will definitely be using this property again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The manager was very responsive, when we first arrived we had one issue but it was quickly resolved. check-in was very easy and the location is close to a lot of restaurants and activities/attractions. We came into a house that was well stocked with snacks, ice, milk and juice and the kitchen was fully stock with appliances and anything you will need to cook. we didn't have any infants but I noticed that they had a lot of baby gear such as a playpen, highchair, and strollers. The game room was a big hit with the kids. The hot tub was great to get in after a long day of fun!! I will definitely stay here again.

I will definitely be coming again! So clean and it’s like a home away from home! There was everything from pots and pans to cups and spoons. I wish all rentals were like this! He even took time out to come and check something out then stayed to spend time talking about life! We felt like family.
