- Large room - Huge, modern bathroom - Friendly, English speaking staff - Excellent WiFi. Probably the best WiFi I’ve ever had in a hotel/hostel. - Lots of useful things provided with the room (toothbrush, comb, razors, cotton buds, etc) - Fantastic breakfast included in the price

- Very minor thing, but some areas of the main bedroom looked like they were starting to show some wear and tear (window, edge of desk, etc) - Other than that can’t think of any negatives. I’d definitely stay here again if I was in town

The room was nice and had everything that was needed. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had a good water pressure. The location is great to explore the surrounding area by foot and a metro and bus station is not too far away. The breakfast was great, they serve warm Korean food rather than just toast (although they also have toast).

The blanket was very warm for the summer. The light switch lights up in a bright blue which makes going to sleep more difficult. Also, there were some mosquitos in the room which was very annoying, especially when trying to sleep. I was woken up after a few hours of sleep because I had been bitten by mosquitos multiple times.

The staff was amazing, especially the man who was in the reseption when I arrived and left - he was very kind! Also the room had so many amenities I couldn't even dream of! A hair dryer is basic, but even a hair straightener, 3 hair brushes, face cream in the fridge so it's nice and cool when putting it to your face - who even thinks that, such a great service! Toothbrushes, facial cleansers, coffee and tea, satin robes (they were my favorite!), even a multi-head phone charger and I guess mattress heater (didn't need to use it), and so many more I'll forget to mention. Air conditioner, television and lights worked with the same remote, so nice to use. Breakfast was Korean breakfast which I like and it was delicious and the chef lady was very sweet. I was so pleasantly surprised, thank you!! 너무 감사합니다~!!

The room was modern and big. We got the option of breakfast which was small and Korean, but still nice.

Sadly, the hotel takes in general charges if you check-in even a few minutes before 4pm.

They provided a high quality breakfast!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a delicious homemade breakfast!!! And the chef was so friendly that I had a pleasant breakfast with her comfort and service!!!

I don't know if it's a smoke free building or a building where smoking is allowed in some rooms, but there was a slight smell of cigarettes in the hallway! The room was totally fresh and nice!!! I'm sensitive to the smell of cigarettes, so I'm posting about it!!! Those who are not sensitive to the smell of cigarettes will be completely fine!!!

The breakfast was very delicious. It was perfect.

The location was convenient to the shopping and restaurant area. It was also close to the river and the 'penguin village'. The breakfast was sufficient (fried rice, cereal, toast and jam). The menu was reduced due to Seollnal - there was a notice in the elevator with this information. It appeared there would normally have been a soup as well and maybe other dishes.

The breakfast room was small and quite crowded - it was not the room shown in the hotel photo - but we didn't have to wait to get a seat and I didn't notice anyone else waiting. It was less crowded the second morning - maybe because we went down a bit earlier?

Well located to wander round town. Bus station easily accessible via subway. Good value, decent breakfast, solid all-round option.

Couldn't find any English language channels on the TV, but this was a very minor issue.

The room was large and comfortable. The hotel had lots of amenities and a good breakfast. The location is very convenient to lots of restaurants, shops and points of interest.

Only a small issue but it did initially make us feel a little uncomfortable. The rooms have double pane windows, the inside pane is mirrored and does not lock so we could not see through. Thankfully we checked the outside window as this was left open and was quite difficult to close, the window led out onto a large ledge outside.

Very helpful staff and great for families. They have free laundry facilities and even free stroller rental. Great neighborhood as well.

There was a steamer in the room for clothes. A very large TV that is hooked up to a computer. Lots of bathroom space. Hot shower. Bed was comfy.

The room was comfortable and the location was perfect. I could enjoy walking around downtown. Breakfast was amazing too.
