the unit is at 37th floor so its not advisable if u have a baby with you and the elevator is always full so we have to wait for another

Very cozy place. Complete kitchenwares and tablewares. Very accommodating staff and host.

We find it hard to look for a place to eat near the area. However, they have 24/7 Alfamart in the building which is very convenient.

The best thing about the place was the staff who were very accommodating. They always ensure that guests are comfortable and properly settled. The facilities are also great with a queen size bed, hot shower, flat screen TV and WIFI. The TV is connected to a cable provider which gives you a variety of choices to watch. What's more interesting is that there is a Free Netflix account that you may use to watch anything you want. Upon request, you may also use an electric stove and electric kettle for your coffee and breakfast. The place could offer much more than enough to what you pay.

Although there is no network signal in the lobby, you can just walk for 10 steps to go to an area where signal is stable. For slight improvement, a side table in the bedroom would be helpful.

it was very near to the venue of the event we needed to attend and it has a nice view of the Manila bay. the unit was also clean and provided the basic necessities. Ms. Rose, the host, was also very accommodating and had patiently answered all my queries.

it was hard to get phone signal when you go down the lobby.

Ms. Rose is an exceptional host. She catered to our needs and was very responsive to our queries. The place is clean albeit a bit smaller than other condos I've stayed in. Everything in the unit works well and the location is also nice.
