The staff and the breakfast are great

Everything was awesome! Food was great! We came for shopping for the first time since covid and it's difficult with a child so we decided to spend the night to continue the next day! This was an unplanned stay, but the good thing was I had a promise of an upgrade from 4 years ago due to I can t remember what issue and the check in clerk honored it and gave us a nice suite!

Only problem with Sheraton Macau is that it has ridiculously slow and long check in lines! None of the other places have! They should make a line or at least let people with small kids check in first!

The view from the room is great! Up really high, overlooking the city, the lake, the river and some mountains in the distance. The layout of the room was great. It was spacious and had such big windows. And the bed was comfortable! I wouldn't say the staff are fluent in English but they really do try! They make an effort to communicate and to give you a good service.

Both western and Chinese restaurants didn't offer much choices for vegetarian eaters. I'm not a fussy eater but the only options available seemed like side dishes. The pool is great but was a little cold and it seems like it's also used by people who didn't stay in the hotel. They were doing some serious laps and I felt like I was in their way. The bathtub is also smaller in comparison to other hotels.

Everything in this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, lots of space for two, lovely shower and products. The breakfast was fabulous, a huge amount of choice and variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The gym is small but with a nice variety of machines. Very well located for shopping and to visit Yunlong Lake which is beautiful. Will definitely be going back again!
