Awesome location down ROW & lovely rural outlook with your own private entrance . We could store our bikes outside unit . Lovely deep bath to relax in -Waitara new world easy 5 min drive away to get gourmet goodies -their deli is fab . Really nice welcome from our host -the gardens are well looked after .definetly returning

The beds were very comfortable, we liked the bright and relaxing design choices. We had lots of privacy.
It is a bit of a driving distance away from New Plymouth, but it was not a problem for us.

We were able to use this as a base to catch up with friends and family so were out most of the day. The setting is very relaxing surrounded by beautiful gardens , very quiet and easy to find. The beds were comfortable, great shower pressure, awesome bath to soak in, wonderful to see all the detailed additions to make a stay so comfortable and luxurious absolute value for money, we will definitely recommend and will be back. Cozy room with huge bath, very clean, authentic interior.
No dislikes really. That headless statue in the garden can be a bit creepy at night but it’s only if I have to be picky in giving my dislike. The whole experience is beautiful.

The room is amazing! Good size and comfortable! And bathroom is amazing! Spacious with a big bath!
Also the outside furniture to have coffee in the garden is the perfect way to start the day!
Host was very nice too and waited for us to arrive a bit late onna Friday night! She was awesome!

Excellent accommodation in a peaceful and private spot. Fabulous semi rural setting was an unexpected bonus. Just off the main highway and close to the township of Waitara for food and supplies it was a great location. Friendly and warm hosts. Would definitely stay again.

Little gem was situated in a quiet, attractive garden setting. The facility was tastefully and artistically presented with little touches that made it welcoming.
We washed the dishes we used with the hand basin hot water. Was unsure if this was expected or whether the dishes should have been left for the owner to do in their kitchen.

Beds amazing, shower amazing, room was so warm and cozy. Massive bath, wish I could of stayed longer to have one.

Quiet and private. Private patio to breakfast in the sun. Great bathroom. Plenty of extras - blankets, pillows, wardrobe space, towels etc.

Signage at end of drive easily obscured so would then be difficult to find.

Perfect little place full of thoughtful touches. Private, quiet, very comfortable. This really is a little gem!
We couldn't do the dishes for our wonderful hosts and had to leave dirty dishes!
