Heating kept warm throughout ,comfortable beds

Didn’t feel clean enough ,needs updating,didn’t realise flight of stairs to go up and had a 2 year old to watch and no door to stop him going on landing .so many windows looking at u outside 🙈

Good communication,had all you needed by the property Tesco,Greggs, McDonald's,harvester etc,located in a quiet area

The apartment is big

No shower gel or shampoo provided. Pots were dirty and electrical kettle has rust coming out.

Lack of facilities - had to buy oven gloves to be able to cook which we left behind for the next guest. No cleaning stuff to wipe sides after cooking ready for the next day. No mirror in main bedroom. Had to get ready in the other guests room. We have stayed in much nicer places for similar or less money. Lacked tlc and that personal touch. Uncomfortable mattress and sofas. Wasn't clear where exactly we should be parking.

The property was clean, easily accessible and well maintained.

I am 1.86m tall. I didnt fit in the bed.

This is a wonderful location near the supermarket.So convenient.

Good location with shops nearby, close to Aztec West and convenient for Bristol Parkway train station

At ;least 50 minute bus ride into Bristol centre
