Adorable and spacious with a very usable kitchen! The host was so accommodating and kind. I felt very comfortable!

While the unit itself was wonderful, I had hope the outdoor area had been more pleasant.

This is a newly constructed two room (plus full bathroom) cottage with lots of appeal: fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, large shower; relaxed sitting room. The bedroom has plenty of closet and drawer space along with a double bed; the bathroom has great ventilation and a spacious shower with multifunctional shower sprays! The main room has areas for dining, watching TV, and cooking. All are done with a nice sense of natural colors. The space is appointed with balance: everything you need without being cluttered. While it can accommodate four, this rental probably works better for two or three. The owner, Landi, could not have been more helpful. She was wonderfully communicative in advance about the property, offered a helpful walk-through upon our arrival, and even sent over some home-baked muffins midway through our stay to welcome the New Year! When we ran out of a few cleaning items, she was at our door within 15 minutes with items to refresh our supply. I look forward to returning. It’s a great place!

Although some friends worried about the location being in the flight path for departing flights from SAN, we did not find the flyovers to be a concern. (If you want to keep the windows open, this would likely be an issue — it certainly wasn’t for us.)

This little guest house was perfect for our stay in San Diego for graduation weekend. Super comfortable bed. Beautiful, well-stocked, full kitchen. Attentive host. So many thoughtful extras. Great location in Point Loma, beautiful neighborhood, close to everything.
