Esta casa está ubicada en el lado noroeste de San Antonio; menos de una milla de Sea World. Si planea asistir a Sea World, ir y venir para descansar y preparar comidas a una fracción del costo puede ayudar a que su experiencia en Sea World sea más agradable y asequible.

La comunidad del vecindario no permite el estacionamiento en la calle entre las 7 p.m. y las 7 a.m. Sin embargo, nuestro camino de entrada puede acomodar aproximadamente 4 vehículos, más otro vehículo en el garaje. El uso de áreas de estacionamiento desbordadas debe obtener los permisos adecuados, o su vehículo será remolcado.
En cuanto a nuestro alojamiento para dormir, esta es una casa de tres dormitorios. El dormitorio principal cuenta con dos hermosas camas Queen para maximizar la cantidad de invitados que podemos dormir. Una de las habitaciones cuenta con una lujosa cama de tamaño completo y el tercer dormitorio cuenta con una litera con una cama doble en la parte superior, una cama doble en la parte inferior y otra cama doble debajo. Si lo desea, puede traer un colchón de aire para colocar en la habitación familiar.

Great 3 bedroom home. SUPER close to SeaWorld/Aquatoca. Easy communication with owner. We felt very Welcomed. We WILL be coming back!

Property was just as listed. We were 5. 2 adults, 3 children. We had plenty of room. Check in was fast and easy. Close to shops and dining and only 1 mile to Sea World. Would definitely recommend.

Really nice place. The beds were awful. Sheets also didn’t stay on beds. Pans could stand an upgrade.

My daughter loved the park next door, and the house had plenty of room for us to play inside as well. Neighbors were very friendly and there were several kids for my daughter to play with at the park. Convenient access to SeaWorld as well. Neighborhood loses one star for loud tailpipes at late/early hours and graffiti on the park play equipment.

Very nice home in San Antonio. Close to Sea World and about 20 minutes to Six Flags or the Riverwalk. Quiet neighborhood, which was nice and relaxing. Well kept house, easy communication with the host. Great place for families with neighborhood park next door.

The inside of the house is super homey. Reminds me of something out of Better Homes and Gardens. Carlos was awesome communicating with. Definitely recommend, especially if you're are there for BMT Graduation. House is located approximately 15 minutes from the Air Force Base

I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay for our family vacation in San Antonio. The home was great and had everything we needed while there. We knocked a few hours off travel time and arrived 3 hours early. The host was amazing and let us enter the home early which was greatly appreciated. We will not stay anywhere else in town if this home is available during our stays in the future.

House is nice clean and well stocked for your convenience. We had an issue with a nest of yellow jackets and Owner came over and took care of it very promply. Owner is very friendly and accomodating. Easy to get ahold of just a simple text. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again...close access to everything you need.

This was the second time we stayed in this house and we loved everything about it. It’s very clean, very organized, it has everything you need and if you have kids, the playground is literally right next door. Carlos was also answering to my messages really quick. Also, if you’re planning on going to Sea World, is literally 5 minutes away. You won’t regret staying here. 🙂

Very Clean
We loved this property. The neighborhood is a bit noisy at night with cars, motorcycles, and a nearby barking dog. Overall we would stay there again though.

Great location
Nice house, very clean. I love that was a super short drive from sea world, because we were very tired enjoying the parks, was soo nice to be home in few minutes to rest and same thing in the mornings we don't have to rush since was a very easy drive to the park

Perfect accommodations for our family
We stayed half a week during our Sea World visit. We had a lovely time, plenty of space, very clean. The park next door was great for our kiddos. Carlos was very responsive and helpful. Thanks! We will be back next time we visit San Antonio!

Spring Break Getaway
This was my family’s first Vrbo experience, and we weren’t disappointed. Carlos is a great host! Very professional and responsive. The location of the property is as described in the listing which was very convenient. The home accommodated my family perfectly! Our dogs enjoyed the backyard. We will definitely book again. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Property
The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Carlos the owner was very accommodating and informative. The house is right next door to a park which was perfect for our 3 energetic boys.

Wonderful Location - Great for Families
The glowing reviews for this place go back years, so I felt confident from those that this place would be a winner. The reviewers did not let us down.
Property was clean and comfortable. We did not need to buy anything for the kitchen (utensils, pans, etc), and we cooked multiple meals in. We did not use the grill, but it looked very clean inside of it (too much rain while we visited). Washer and dryer both worked great.
Simple Cable TV operation (we also brought our own Apple TV and had zero issues connecting it). Wi-Fi worked like a champ with quite a few iPhones, iPads, and Nintendo Switches using the network at once.
This location is roughly 10 minutes from Sea World, 2 minutes from Chick-Fil-A, 3 minutes to H-E-B (the best grocery store you'll ever visit), and 20 minutes from both Fiesta Texas and the River Walk area. (Bonus: If you are looking for a church to attend while visiting, we were only 20 minutes from Grace Community Church as well). The real location winner goes to the playground next door to the house. You can sit on some camping chairs in the driveway while the little ones play in full view. If you have playground-aged kiddos, this is a no brainer. The owner, Carlos, was beyond helpful the entire trip. We plan to use this location again in the future.

We traveled to visit for the Thanksgiving holiday. Carlos was very easy to contact and great to work with! The home was very clean upon our arrival and was able to accommodate us a couple hours early!! The many amenities that were provided upon our arrival were fantastic! Sonce we were traveling with an infant, Carlos made sure that there was a pack and play along with a high chair provided!! We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal and enjoy it as a family while we were there! This is a great property for a family stay!! We will definitely be back soon!!

Great vacation home
I don’t even know where to start but to make it short, it was absolutely perfect. The house was really clean and it has everything you need and it was really spacious. I have 4 kids so the playground next door is a plus. Carlos also has really good communication and helped us with everything we needed. I really recommend this house.

WOW! This property was/is amazing! Such a convenient location for all your SA desires. We were needing to be close to the National Shooting Complex and have locations nearby for my young children to explore AND we got it! The park next door was a hit for my girls and the range was so close for my husband. We felt at home the whole time! We will be booking this property for all other SA visits. Carlos is great!

Close to sea world like 8 min and a quiet neighborhood with so many restaurants and places to shop
Really enjoyed the space and the quiet neighborhood. We had kids and the park next door was a hit ! We also did sea world 2 days and it was about a 8 min drive ! Carlos answered all my emails and retuned calls!

Vacation with Adult Children and Grandchildren
Nice house in a great location for amusement parks. Neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood is peaceful at night. Grocery store and dining are close by for the times we needed to run into town. The house was VERY clean (this is big for me), well equipped with all that you need to feel at home. We enjoyed the park next door for the little ones and the fenced back yard with the patio set for the not so busy days. Truly felt at home and Carlos was amazing and met all our expectations to make this a great experience.

The property was well maintained and clean and secure which was a big deal for me. We were made to feel right at home and could stretch out and be comfortable. There was no Stone left unturned. Easy and Convenient
The property is as advertised. It is approximately 3 minutes to SeaWorld and less than 12 minutes to groceries and basic shopping. Carlos was very responsive to any questions we had. It was a pleasure to stay.
