Everything is close including the False Creek ferry, Sky Train and Hop on Hop off bus.

First, let’s start with the couple of issues, which need to be improved. The check in process was fine but only because of the concierge; he was very nice and helped us access the building and elevator. The property manager is extremely responsive and I have no doubt would have helped if we asked. Also, it was unusually warm in the 11th floor unit but we were ok. I did ask whether there was central air and the owner responded that she used a portable air conditioner. So, if you’re planning on staying during the summer months, then just a heads up. But again, I am 100% positive that the owner will make your stay positive and memorable. Now I got those two little, tiny issues out of the way, let’s move on to the positives. The location is solid. Rogers Arena across the street. Costco, across the alley/street. A market, convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants within a two minute walk from the building. Although the parking space was tight, it was just fine. The unit itself is clean and the natural light was incredible. Very close to Gastown and Yaletown so have at those neighborhoods. And finally, the great owner is amazing. Responsive. Caring dare I say that you have a great trip. Service is king!

Compact two bedroom, two bath condo had everything we needed for a good stay. Provided parking spot was a tight fit deep in the underground parking structure, and close to the elevator. Check-in codes, door/elevator fob, and garage fob remote was a challenge to master. Was able to walk to a lot of attractions and condo amenities were nice. Would stay again.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Communication was fantastic which I find to one of the most important aspects. The only thing to note is the location. It is very handy but it is quite close to the sky train which you can hear. If sounds at night bother you be sure to bring ear plugs or white noise. Other people have noted that the location is not good because of the homeless around but it is Downtown Vancouver, the homeless are all around downtown. I found the location to be very convenient and easy to get to. A grocery store is right near by which is fantastic! I would stay here again for sure!

My daughter and I came to town for some Christmas shopping. The condo was lovely and convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy and the view was amazing!

We thought this lovely condo was thoughtfully decorated and had everything we needed for a short vacay with friends with a view! It's close to Rogers Arena, the ferry launch, and China town. It was also fairly easy to get taxis in front of the complex. Thanks Hellena for all of your hospitality, always very quick to respond!

This spot is as advertised. It was great for 2 couples who came for a weekend away. The location was convenient for all the places we wanted to explore. However, there is a lot of homeless/drug use around the area. The security of the building was excellent, and we all felt safe, but walking around the area is a little hit or miss. Everything was very clean, communication was great, the parking spot (also VERY secure) was a big plus for us as well. Thanks for a good stay.

Nice property with lots of restaurants plus proximity to the seawall and Skytrain. Only real downside was some of the area hasn't been redeveloped but this can be mostly avoided if you know which streets to avoid.

Beautiful apt in a central location. We did a ton of exploring from here.

The property was as advertised and the location great to access most areas of interest to Downtown, the convention center and the markets. The contact person was somehow unprofessional, she took our call from a noisy place without isolating herself and preferred to blame us for our difficulty in accessing the parking space. The FOB did not work as indicated and while there was some information supported by photos, the information could have been a lot clearer. The parking is a maze but good accurate information would help make the stay a 5 star.

Access to Costco and the train station next door, 20 min walk to Mt Pleasant, Science World, and Downtown (Holt Renfrew). Really well decorated and with toiletries. Great north west view.

We loved the unit. However, the area was dirty and lots of homeless on the streets near by. Several businesses told us to be careful and avoid walking near Hastings. We felt unsafe as we walked by homeless crack addicts. Not the best area of Vancouver. I wish I had more information on this area before I booked.

Overall I loved staying here. It was a great location, easy to access once you followed the instructions once. Great view and had everything we needed. It turned out I missed receiving some of the details in the welcome package which neither of us knew so there was some confusion with pool hours, pool cleaning hours and towels to bring to the pool so just make sure you receive the full package so you don’t have to bother your host to ask questions like I did. Although she was great at answering them all once she realized I didn’t get the full welcome package with all the details.

Had a wonderful stay! Had concert tickets to Rogers, and it is literally across the street. Wonderfully situated and very comfortable condo. Beds are very comfortable, however if you need the third bed, it is more of a pull out chair suited more for a child. Hellena was super helpful and got us in early to drop off our bags. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Great spot for access to transportation in Vancouver. Right by the sky-train station, hop on/off bus a block away, and the water taxi about two blocks away. Apartment was as advertised and the host was very prompt with inquiries.

Great views from this 11th floor apartment! it worked quite well for 2 adult couples. The location (near the sports stadia) is convenient to Gastown and other walkable areas of the city, as well as trains. Hellena was easy to reach and communicate with. I'd stay here again.

The unit itself was lovely, and exactly as the listing described. The location was ideal for exploring the city. The “parking spot” that comes with the unit isn’t suitable for anything but the smallest of compact cars, and the directions on how to access it were inaccurate.

Stayed here for the Vancouver marathon weekend. Location is perfect - walking distance to downtown, Gastown, stadiums, metro stops etc. The apartment is beautiful, clean and has great views of the city and mountains. Parking took a bit to figure out but once you do then you have a dedicated secure space right next to the elevator lobby. Hellena was a very helpful host providing detailed information ahead of time and checking in via email during our stay. would absolutely stay here again when visiting Vancouver.

It is difficult to find a pet friendly rental in Vancouver, the location of this unit is excellent, very walkable. Close to rogers arena, BC Place Stadium, sky train, movie theatre, and for longer stays Costco and TNT supermarket. The parking space is also a bonus, though it is a bit tight. If this unit is available we will definitely stay here again.

Such a great location. The kids loved the modern aesthetic of the apartment. Everything was convenient. Costco next door for teenagers snacks and food. Metro station right there too. Highly recommend Barefoot Oasis just around the corner from the main entrance (in the circle) for a foot massage. Also highly recommend the Greenheart Tree Walk at UBC Botanical Garden.

Great location and views from every room! Tastefully decorated with a contemporary vibe. Very well equipped. All in all an exceptional property! Wouldn’t hesitate booking again!
