Great hotel in the most perfect lcoation, staff are just excellent as well No real breakfast at hotel, but Starbucks is on site, or there is a full Starbucks around the corner

Decor was nice, staff was friendly, and was comfortable and safe.

There was a water stain on the bed sheets and blood stains on the underside of the comforter. Pretty gross. Also, I didn't like that I had to pay for parking, while staying there you shouldn't have to pay $9.00 a day for parking.

To expensive. Didn’t eat there.

Location was excellent as it is very close to the Avalon Center. Great walking area and close to our children who live in Alpharetta. Will continue to stay at this hotel as we visit Georgia a few times a year and use this hotel as our home away from home.

The location and ease of access were great. I did get confused with the other Marriott Courtyard in the area, because I did not realize there were two in Alpharetta. My coworker went there and I ended up being the only one at the new one. However, It worked out and was a better location for my client visit. I left a couple of items, and Ciara Dacas was particularly helpful in letting me know I had left a keyboard in my room and she would coordinate getting those Items shipped back to me.

I would like to see tea bags in the coffee tray in the room. I don't drink coffee, but I do like hot tea. I would have liked a small washcloth or two in the bathroom, but the linens and towels were very nice overall.

Brand new hotel. Everything in the room was new and in excellent condition.

The toilet kept running. That was annoying all night.

I liked the hotel, and all of the staff was really nice except the younger taller gentleman that was at the front desk when he checked us in.

When I booked the room I booked a king deluxe room with a sofa bed. it was the last room they had available. My girlfriend and I got to the property there was a family of 4 in front of us telling the person at the desk everywhere was booked up and they came to the Marriott to see if they had a room available. The guy at the front desk said yes they had one more room. We got to the front desk next and he gave us the room cards. We get to the room we booked and it was a disability access room with NO sofa bed, the shower was for a disabled person. So I walk back down to the front desk and tell the guy that wasn’t the room I booked, the room didn’t say anything about being a disability access room and it was suppose to have a sofa bad and did not. The guy said, “that’s what happens when you book the last room”. Even though a family of 4 walked in before we got to the front desk without a reservation, and was able to get a room with the hotel. I told him I booked the room on booking.com around 5:30pm that same day and he said that I booked the last room and that was the only room they had left. I complained about how it said deluxe king with sofa bed and it was a disability access room that I got and I did not book that. I explained the room he gave us did not have a sofa bed either and he kept saying that wasn’t his fault and that’s what happens when you book the last room. He said he wouldn’t give us another room, and he couldn’t refund our room or even give us a discount. I feel like he gave the family of 4 the deluxe king room with a sofa bed just because they walked in before we checked in, even though I booked the room at 5:30pm that day and checked in a little later than that. The guy at the front desk was really rude about the situation and he didn’t give me the room I booked and payed for. I know for a fact the room I booked wasn’t a disability access room and was suppose to be a deluxe king room with a sofa bed.

The room was clean very comfortable and I slept well. I was disappointed there wasn't a microwave in the room but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. I enjoyed my stay.
