Bad breakfast, no room services, coffee machine didn’t work, totally not worth the money

There was no mention of having to pay for parking extra until we got to the property

Location was great

When we went to bed, all of the bedding on both beds was damp. Too damp to sleep on. I called front desk at 10:30 PM. She was unable to bring new bedding so I had to go to the front desk and get it myself. We had to take all the previous sheets and blankets off the bed and remake them before sleeping.

The exercise equipment in room. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly, everyone was pleasant and the lights in the room were nice. Having a family and needing to move around in the morning and not wake up the kids with the lights makes a huge difference. Across the street, there is a community in walking distance by the Regal that fosters and vibrant and fun nightlife, it’s a college like feel but instead of the hard partying it is a sit down chill vibe with beautiful landscape and family friendly atmosphere.

The room has a high humidity or for some reason would be hotter than the hallway or other areas of the building. Clammy is what I would describe it in one word. Also, the window footing on the 6th floor is unsafe near the elevator. I understand the reason why it becomes a problem yet I understand the fix needed and the safety liability it presents.

I enjoyed everything I will be booking again

The system was down so it took longer to check in but once it was available it was easy

I accidentally left 2 shirts in closet and have repeatedly called the hotel front desk and can’t get them to answer the phone.

I can’t believe they charged for parking. I’m not downtown, I’m in the burbs. nothing is walking distance. The charge for parking should have been plainly stated up front. I feel ripped off. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. Enjoy your $10.

Our third stay here. Love the proximity to Avalon and downtown/ Main St Alpharetta.

I like those easy it was to stream from the app on my phone.

I did not like that the wifi kept dropping while trying to stream. I also didn’t appreciate being locked out of my room before check out time, even though the front desk agreed that I could do a late check out. That was frustrating. What made it worse is that the same thing happened during a previous stay. Now I can’t trust what I’m being told by the staff.

The staff was awesome, very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean, shower was amazing and they pay attention to small details..ie having water/ice available right next to the elevator on my room floor. I loved that!

Clean room. Bed was very comfortable.

Our car was accidentally unlocked and someone pilfered through it and dumped every little thing from each pocket and cubby onto the floor. Also pulled a cross hanging from my rear view mirror down. Thank goodness we did t leave anything of value in the car. The only thing missing was a short aux cord. Also, the TV didn’t work until we pressed so many buttons that something changed and it came on. No idea how we made that happen. And I could t figure out how to turn off the purple night light above the headboard that lit up the room. One more thing, the frig was unplugged and therefore not ready for cooling anything.
