Excellent rental for family vacation!

We have been to a couple different Caribbean island, but this was our first visit to St. Martin. The house has spectacular views, was very clean, close to magnificent beaches, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. The setup & layout is perfect for three couples (we only had 2), or friends who want their own private bedroom suites. However, the communal space may be a little tight or a larger group, but worked great for us 4. The only suggestion I would make is you get an SUV, or Jeep, if you are renting a car. The driveway is extremely difficult to navigate, due to the grade of the land, and how steep the hillside is. We had a smaller Volkswagen sedan, and could get to the top of the driveway, but not into it, so parked at the top and made the short walk down. Location: Being on the Frenh side, almost everything in the main grocery store, and pharmacy, is in French, so if you do not know the language, might be a bit of a barrier, but you’ll manage. The smaller grocery in Orient Village had a few more things in English, as did the groceries on the Dutch side. The island itself was very easy to navigate, but just be prepared for a lot of slow moving traffic sad there is really only one main road around the island. That said, getting to Philipsburg was less than a 1/2 hour. Alex, our contact for the house, was extremely responsive, helpful, and patient.. a pleasure to deal With. Overall, fantastic trip, and look forward to a future visit!!

This is our second time staying in one of the villas. Perfect spot to enjoy the views. We loved the pool and the house is furnished as the pictures describe.

We were a large group of 7 couples that rented both Villa Topez and Villa Turquioze that sit side by side. We were impressed with both units the view was unbelievable and all rooms were equal in size we had a great time and will be renting these villas again! Great communication with owner

This was a spectacular stay. The Villa was amazing. The view of the Bay was nice to wake up to each day. Would highly recommend staying here. We celebrated my wives 60th Birthday with friends and all had a great time.

Could not have booked a better place. Alex and Severine were amazing hosts and responded to any questions immediately. The whole house is visually stimulating and extremely comfortable. I would encourage anyone looking to book in the Orient area to look at staying here.

This property is perfection - beautiful decor, comfortable beds, convenient location, an awesome outdoor space and the most gorgeous view you could ask for! It was everything we were hoping for and more. And the beach and restaurant options right there in Orient Bay were great. I promise you will love it, book now!

Location of property was perfect. Short ride down hill to Orient Bay Beach. Photos don’t do property justice. Way nicer in person. Views were awesome and nice breeze everyday. Hosts we amazing and made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Will definitely be booking this property again!

We had the most amazing week at Alex and Severine’s villa. The view was phenomenal, as was the infinity pool, gym and overall accommodations. Alex and Severine were extremely accommodating and responded quickly to our messages. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to come back and stay at this villa again!

Book this house! Everything is as pictured. The hosts are great and available for any questions or anything that comes up at the house. And the house was simply perfect for my Birthday/Girls trip. I have now stayed in all 3 properties that Severine and Alex rent through VRBO. They are all terrific!! Severine and Alex are wonderful hosts! Everything about this villa, including the spectacular view, is first class!!

We had a great stay. The villa is nice as the VRBO pictures. We needed a last minute Covid test at the villa and Alex and Severine came through. This villa has incredible views.

This property is fantastic and was beyond our expectations. The view was awesome, and the pool area was the highlight. Quiet gated neighborhood, centrally located on the island and a short drive to the beach. Alex and Severine were very responsive and accommodating. Five stars.

This property perched on a hill overlooking Orient Bay with a great infinity pool to enjoy the view from, was a fantastic way to spend a week on St Martin. Well-appointed and nicely decorated the inside of this house was comfortable and relaxing. From the check-in walk through to any questions or issues that came up while we were there, communication with Alex was quick and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying again.

We loved Villa Topaze.. The home was decorated beautifully and the view when you walk in takes your breath away. Even better than the pictures. As modern as it is, the home was warm and inviting. When we could bear to leave, chairs are complementary at Kakao Beach. Alex arranged for a rental car and COVID test and airport transfer. Attention to detail at every turn. We will.be back!

It was so great to get back to St. Martin. This was our second time renting with Severine and Alex. Our family of 6 has now stayed in both houses, this time in Topaze. Both homes are fantastic and the owners are so professional and responsive. 5 star experience, again!!!

Wow! So much to say. First, the property is just as advertised. The home sits high on a hill overlooking Orient Bay. The view is really unbelievable. This home is in a high-end, gated community, in which my family and I felt completely comfortable. The residence is very secure with automated hurricane shutters and a steel front door. We met the owners upon our arrival and they provided a tour of the property and oriented us to all of the amenities. All of the pictures are accurate. This house is very clean and immaculately decorated. Fast WiFi, TV with streaming options, sound speaker for music or TV sound are included. The air conditioning for each room made the temperature customizable and comfortable. All of the bedrooms are very large with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The pool area has an amazing view and the sun pads shown in the pics are so comfortable it is hard not fall asleep on them. The neighborhood is located just up the hill from Orient Bay beach and is nicely located a short driving distance between Philipsburg and Grand Case. There are a few supermarkets nearby to purchase food. The owners have been really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They even arranged to have a registered nurse come to the house to administer COVID tests for our flight home. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to St. Maarten.
