Such a cute place. My kids had a blast in the upstairs loft.

The property was absolutely incredible!! We loved winding down in the hot tub every night and playing pool and the Wii. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. Overall, beautiful cabin and beautiful scenery. Would definitely stay there again!! The host were pretty great and responded in a timely manner. 100/10 recommended!!

We went with family for my grandson’s 5th birthday. Takes about 12-20 minutes to get into town. Very relaxing. The deck was perfect for play games and enjoying the weather!

The cabin overall isn’t bad. I enjoyed the stay. The mattresses could stand to be upgraded as they aren’t super comfortable. Tolerable though.

This was the perfect place for our family getaway. Hot tub and swing were a hit as well as the pool table.

We rented the cabin for our family. The rest of the group of 18 stayed at a bigger cabin down the hill. It was an absolutely perfect setup. We enjoyed the hot tub view. We were close to the pool and ziplining was a walk down the hill. Travel to town was 15 minutes. We were conveniently located to everything! Very quiet and peaceful location! Loved it!

We were in town for a dance competition. We stayed for 8 nights. The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived. This cabin was centrally located to everything. We loved leaving the crowded resort area and coming back to the “country”. We enjoyed the hot tub and swing nightly. It was the best part of the cabin to us. The one complaint I have is with the pots and pans. They were so scratched up that they were barely usable. One of the reasons we rented the cabin was to enjoy meals in so this was a disappointment to us. We are charged an extra 100 for incidentals I would think it could go to some pots and pans. Other that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you for opening your home for us to enjoy.

Our stay was great! Our children enjoyed the pool table and the porch swing. My husband and I really enjoyed the view from the porch in the morning while we drank our coffee. Already planning a trip back for next year!

Our Hot tub did not work the entire time we were there/5 days. I talked to Frank the owner and he kept saying he would try and get it fixed but never did. On our second to last day he said they had to order a part but had another booking the day we left and it was still broke. So now the next people wont be able to use it either. I feel like this was very misleading and dissapointing.

My family enjoyed our stay at the cozy bear cabin. This was our first cabin experience in Sevierville. We were very pleased. The cabin is clean and very well taken care of. Very short drive to all surrounding activities. Pigeon forge strip, Gatlinburg, etc. Maybe 15 -20 minutes. We will definitely be returning! Thanks for a great vacation!

My sister and I along with my son and a friend enjoyed staying at the cozy bear cabin. The boys especially enjoyed the loft and hot tub.

Beautiful property just did not like the crazy amount of bees outside near the cabin, like a lot!! . Not a big deal but we probably will not return again. I feel like things like extra trash bags and toilet paper should have been provided for the price. And a sponge to wash the dishes with the provided dish soap from the cleaning service. There were also lots of crumbs on the one futon chair upstairs, again not a bit deal but cleaning service should be paying attention to those things! For the price it should be clean checking in!

The cabin was exactly as described. It was clean, easy to access and the owners were responsive. It is a short drive, less than 15 minutes, to restaurants and attractions.

This cabin was a beautiful, secluded, yet close get away from the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The owners were a breeze to get on the phone to answer my question and very helpful. The pictures don’t do it justice.

Overall we loved the cabin. The location to all different spots in town is ideal. My only complaint is that the furniture is somewhat uncomfortable. Big recliner definitely needs replacing and only one of the sectional recliners even still work. Also if you are short please be careful getting in and out of the log bed. With those exceptions, it is a great place to stay. My husband and Son loved the hot tub and playing pool.

Fantastic stay for our family of 4. We had plenty of room and enjoyed all that the cabin had to offer. Grilled out for dinner, swung on the deck swing, sat in the hot tub and watched football, played pool, and watched the sunset from the driveway. Close location for our activities. Went hiking to Laurel Falls which was great. Spent the day at Dollywood with no lines for rides. Took advantage of the discount on zip lining with staying in this cabin which was the highlight of our trip! Definitely recommend this cabin and hope to plan another stay here in the future.

This cabin was really nice for our family including 2 elementary aged kids. They loved the pool and all of the attractions nearby kept them busy all week. They’re already asking to go back

Cute cabin…perfect for our family of 5! Loved the hot tub and resort pool was very nice too. Having 3 full bathrooms was a definite plus as well. We also did the zip lining there, which was so much fun…a definite highlight of our trip! The only negative was the futons in the loft were very uncomfortable to sleep on. Might be ok for small children.

We had an amazing time. Our 2 year old LOVED the bear decorations. The teens LOVED the pool table. I LOVED the hot tub and my husband enjoyed the recliner. We did many things in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg and we were very close to it all. The views were wonderful. The owners were kind and super easy to deal with. 100 % recommend to families.

Late late review but this cabin was one of the best we have rented! Very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to work with! Close to where we wanted to go! We enjoyed zip lining there also!! Highly recommend!

We were joined by family visitors for my wife's 70th BD party, with 12 people attending. They were all very impressed. The visitors enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and swimming pool. Plenty of room for light meals, bday cake and presents. After the event, the atmosphere of the house was very romantic and fun to experience. These observations are intended to help improve the property. 1. US Flag should be replaced. 2. Entry steps may not comply with ADA standards. 3. All light fixtures should be rewired, most did not work properly and seemed dangerous. Many light bulbs were burned out, some missing bulbs. 4. Shag carpet in bedrooms was dirty and matted. 5. All throw and area rugs were nasty and matted. 6. Beds were really poor quality. 7. All furniture was getting dated and worn. Kitchen table and chairs were in poor shape. 8. Kitchen appointments were nominal, no toaster, no blender. 9. All appliances were very nice, including Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, stove and frig. 10. Hot tub was very nice, clean and perfectly located along with the outside table. Perfect setup. 11. Grill was nice size and mostly clean. 12. Only about 50% of the deck accent lighting worked. 13. Security system and AC worked beautifully. 14. Bear accents and decorations were cute but a bit too much. 15. We own a 5 star timeshare and travel quite a bit using that program. We have also used VRBO and attempt to stay in similar quality places so our opinions are influenced by this standard. This VRBO property was among the nicer VRBO properties we have used, which is why we chose it. Thanks for letting us stay. We hope these comments are accepted in the cooperative spirit rendered.
