Hola, soy Terri. ¡Bienvenido a Atlantic Terrace Condominiums Pompano Beachfront! JUSTO EN LA HERMOSA PLAYA DE POMPANO! Ubicado en 3401 N.E.10th St. Pompano Beach 33062. Lo sentimos, pero no aceptamos mascotas. Este condominio es un dormitorio de 400 pies cuadrados con una cocina completa. Tiene capacidad para 3 adultos o 2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños cómodamente. Tiene una cama queen size con un muy buen colchón de espuma de memoria Serta y un futón / sofá cama de tamaño completo en la sala de estar. Todas las sábanas proporcionadas. Hay una televisión en el dormitorio y una televisión en la sala de estar con decodificadores de cable y canales premium. ¡También tenemos wifi!

La piscina está climatizada y baja a la playa, donde hay una gran área de picnic con parrilla, mesas, tumbonas, sombrillas y sillas. También hay una sala de lavandería ubicada en su piso. Suministramos detergente para la ropa.
Una vez que se quede en Atlantic Terrace, ¡sabemos que querrá volver de nuevo!

The construction was a non issue for us. We loved the stay and right on the beach. It was a peaceful quiet location. Pool was great and room was perfect for a quick getaway.

It was just a quick last minute getcaway for a few days and we were lucky to find anything available. So pleasantly surprised. Convenient location. We were warned there was major building construction next door but even that wasn't bad.

I had a great time visiting Pompano Beach! I loved my stay! I thought everything was exactly like it was explained! I loved that I wasnt at a big resorts, you were 10 steps away from your toes in the sand, laundry on site, and everything you needed in the condo. I have no complaints at all and hope to visit again in the future!

Upon entering the condo, you were welcomed by the clean-smelling, immaculate interior. Pool was clean and heated. Since most of the days were spent either at the beach or pool, this condo is a nice size for two adults.

The place is summer cute and right on the beach! If you are looking to hang at the beach all day it’s perfect. I would say this place is meant more for a couple than having two or more people that wouldn’t normally share a bed. The place is very tiny and has an interesting layout.

Great location! Cute condo as advertised, at a great location. We enjoyed the beach daily as well as at night the convenience of many restaurants and shops within a short distance. Watching the fireworks on the beach was gorgeous!

Such a relaxing stay! This is precisely how we wanted to spend Father's Day weekend. You can't beat the location of this building. The pool & beach are just steps away.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The convenience of the beach being right there and having the pier walkable was great! Very friendly property manager who recommended a visit to the aquarium which both of my kids enjoyed. Thank you for an awesome place to stay!

*This is a quaint little condo building amongst all the tall, un-intimate, hi-rises. The tenants and owners were all super friendly. Terri is very personable, professional, and takes any concerns seriously. Steve, the custodian, was friendly and accommodating. Condo # 8 was small but adorable. It has most everything you'd need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen provides the amenities to stock your own groceries and cook, should that be your choice. Although this building is ocean front, there is a bit of a walk to the main beach area and water's edge. There were a few quirky malfunctions in the condo, but nothing that would ruin the stay. *If I had to complain about anything, it would be that we were told that it was not even10 steps to the pool and beach. It is only steps to the pool and the SAND but I wouldn't say steps to the beach! That being said, we did not anticipate having to walk a block and a half in the soft sand and around dunes to get to the main beach, close to the ocean's edge. This would not be a problem for most but, unfortunately, my friend is handicapped and it was too much of a chore to make the hike carrying chairs, drinks, etc. We only attempted and managed to visit the beach twice. The other issue we had was the living area TV did not work until it was replaced and set up the day before we left. *For a couple or even a small family this would be an affordable option. I would not recommend this for anyone with walking issues.

The property was great. Very clean and right on the beach. There were towels and chairs to use on the beach and linens provided in the unit. The private parking spot was wonderful. Quiet and peaceful stay. Would love to come back some day.

Condo was great. A super cute little place in a small building between the other highrises. I always like staying in a smaller place; it's much more cozy and home-like. The condo is small but it was still comfortable with two younger kids.I would stay again.

Perfect place for a night for new years . Murphy bed was really comfortable. Ac was super quiet . Beach was literally 50 feet away and pool was heated ! Terri was very accommodating and pleasant to have as a host ,!

Easy from start to finish. Very clean. Fantastic location. Lots to walk to. Great beach location. Took advantage of the pool, which was lovely. Revelled in how quite it was. Perfect for a couple with no kids.

Location on the beach and pool were awesome. Wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. Disappointed that windows don’t open in the condo; would have expected to hear the ocean being that close to the beach. Overall a good space

Very clean, quiet condo steps away from the beach! Property was well taken care of, pool was clean and parking was free. Beach chairs and umbrellas available for beach use which was really convenient since we flew in. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we are ever in Pompano. Added bonus Steve the maintenance guy was super nice and extremely helpful!

Great weekend
We enjoyed a lovely holiday weekend with our little family of three at this spot. Area is nice and quiet and right on the beach. We loved the pool area and proximity to parks for our 2.5 year old when we weren't doing water activities
Definitely recommend this spot & hope to return!
