House was clean and stocked with plenty of essentials. Pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood and very close to shopping and restaurants. Tom responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay there and would book again.

Poor neighborhood - very rundown Virtually no furniture in the house except beds, a sofa, futon , kitchen table with chairs that were too wobbly to sit on. Kitchen sparsely equipped. 4th bedroom was a loft with no privacy so we had to get a hotel for one couple. No place in bedrooms to unpack clothing

Property needs some maintenance. Shower door broken, lights and socket plates missing. Not enough eating utensils. Pots and pans old and teflon on them nearly gone. Only 1 kitchen dish towel. No cookie sheets. No one pot holder. Garage an absolute mess. However, the proximity to the conference I attended it was perfect. Ease of entry and exit of home perfect. Nice pool and hot tub. I would stay again but hope the things mentioned are resolved.

We had an awesome vacation. The house was clean and well stocked for a vacation home. We would have liked a mixing bowl for salad, but the pasta pot worked just fine. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with children and adults.

Enjoyed all but having to clean the pool constantly due to large trees located on property which limited the use.

We stayed at this property due to it's location to the FL Fairgrounds in Tampa. It was close and easy access. We were on a business trip.

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood (close neighbors) overall really enjoyed it!

My allergies ran amuck due to cat and/or smoke lingering. The house is in an area convenient to the expressway but not a great area of town. The pool is nice. The cover over the pipe in the master shower was not secured and my son's foot went through several times. However, there was a different repair needed to the shower that was quickly addressed. Overall not worth the money for us due to my allergies.

The house was larger than expected, had everything you need and some. Owner was helpful when needed.

Our stay was good. The property was clean but our only complaints were that the carpet had stains in some areas. Also the home smelled like cigarette smoke when we walked in. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly either so we couldn’t store much in there. We had a great time in the patio with the pool and hot tub! We couldn’t enjoy the fire pit because the tank was empty =/ Although we had some complaints we made the best of it and enjoyed our time there!

I absolutely loved staying at Tom & Leah’s home. They’re super responsive. The home was clean and as described. They always left us a welcoming basket with the ingredients to s’mores. I would 100% book with Tom again. Thanks 💖🤗

The property owners were prompt with responding, when necessary. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained. Quiet place to stay to getaway.

Home was great with more then enough room in my case. Bedrooms are all upstairs. Kitchen fully stocked. The only negative points in my opinion were that some lightbulbs need replaced (especially in stairway) & washer/dryer need a little TLC (not level and loud for some reason). Owner was quicker responding to me then me to him (lol).

Had an excellent stay at this property. AlI I could do was grin when the rest of my extended family, who had rooms at our convention host hotel, complained about how awful they had slept. We will definitely be renting this property every year when our convention is in town.

There were 10 adults and everyone was pleased. The host did extra by having personal supplies for anyone who forgot to bring a razor, tooth brush & paste, ect. She also added a very nice touch by having the makings for s'mores even though we didn't have a chance to use the firepit. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. When we arrived, we were surprised that the house was a 4 BR but only a 2-1/2 Bath. There were six adults in our group but we were able to make the bath situation work out. The owner was very responsive and did refund us $500.00 since the house was advertised as a 3 Bath. The house has been updated and was very clean. We thank you for allowing us to stay in your house for our annual golf trip.

We came down for a Christian women's conference and really enjoyed our stay. Neighbor was quiet and clean and the house was really nice.

Place was well furnished. Towels and soap was all sufficient for my family of five. Great response time from the owner. Owner had everything explained and it made it easy as this was my first time in VRBO. Great rental experience . Will try this again

We came to Florida to attend a funeral and had originally reserved a couple of hotel rooms but had a relative who had rented a vacation home which sounded nice. I decided to check in to it and was able to find a home that looked great and cost only a little more than the two hotel rooms cost for five days. The great thing was that our whole family was able to stay in one home and share the cost which substantially saved all of us money. We initially rented one home but ended up agreeing to accept the offer of a different one in order to help out the individuals who had rented it the week before and wanted to stay a little longer. The new house had some extra amenities at the same cost so we were happy to switch to help out. The owner was great. She met us at the house upon check in and showed us where everything was. We had a plumbing issue the second day and she had a plumber out the next day. Gave us a partial refund of our rent because of the issue (really wasn't a problem for us just wanted her to be aware of the issue). The house was great. It was in a good location and was very quiet inside and out. Everything we needed was provided. Pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. Had plenty of room to spread my family of 8 out and was far more private than the hotel rooms would ever have been. I am so glad we decided to go this route. It made a stressful time a little more bearable. I would highly recommend renting like this. There were plenty of homes available at almost any price and it definitely beat living in a small hotel room for a week.

We had a family reunion to attend locally and the 12 of us enjoyed our stay at this property when not at the family reunion. The home was beautiful and well stocked. We were missing some extra bedding for the couches when we arrived and the owners promptly had it delivered to us within hours. They were easy to communicate with before, during and after our visit. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in that area.

This was the first time we have used this site and we weren’t really sure what to expect but felt confident based on the previous reviews. The house was conveniently located, well maintained, clean and spacious but it was the high level of customer service that we received from the Owner that blew us away. We were in town for a family funeral so it was a stressful and sad time. The Owners had a sweet care basket waiting with snacks, toiletries and even a kit to make s’mores out back in the fire pit. There was dish detergent, laundry detergent and even shampoo and conditioner for our use. Having all of this readily available helped make our stay less stressful. On the day of the funeral service, an Edible Arrangement was delivered to us at the house from the Owners. WOW!! We not only recommend this home to anyone traveling to the area but we hope to stay there again when we are in town.
