Fabulous location and amenities! We all agreed we would stay again if given the opportunity.

We were a family staying here for a week (7 of us). We found the kitchen very well equipped. The living and dining areas were spacious. We really appreciated the large dining table. There were not any dressers in the bedroom, though the master BR next to the living area had lots of shelves in the closet. This was a minor issue compared to all the positives. Location is excellent. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This property set up worked great for a large family or 2 smaller ones traveling together. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs (including the awesome kids space with lofted beds, art table, tv etc) and the 4th bedroom is a master suite upstairs off the main living area. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Awesome location walking distance to beach, restaurants, quick 1 mile to boardwalk. Owner was very responsive, we hope to stay again soon!

The location was great and the house was clean but the lack of a dresser or closet in the bunk bed room and the limited seating upstairs made it tight for a group our size (5 adults, 3 kids).

Great 2nd floor for 10-12 people to mingle with outdoor bbq, nice pool table, kitchen and family room! Very cheap rideshare to pier/boardwalk.

This property is well located in Seabright. Close to some neighborhood restaurants and walkable to the Beach Boardwalk or Seabright beach. House was clean and we found nearly everything we needed in the kitchen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Seabright property! It is very clean, has everything a family would need, and the location is perfect; close to beach and Seabright shops. It felt very comfortable and was truly a relaxing stay for us. The pool table was a bonus for my kids and husband. We hope to stay again soon!

Great house, great location.

We were attending a family wedding and this home had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk from the house. It was easy to navigate from there to anywhere we had to go. Off street parking a huge plus. Space separation for our 2 small families sharing the home. Host provided helpful information on site and was very responsive to any question. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

We had a great stay! This house was a good size for all 8 of us, both kids and adults. We weren't there a whole lot as there were too many fun things to do nearby, but we cooked a couple of breakfasts in the kitchen, which was well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and having three full bathrooms was very nice. The house is on a busier street in the neighborhood but the windows are pretty soundproof and only the kids bed is in the front of the house and they didn't seem bothered. The other bedrooms are at the back of the home and are very quiet. We were able to easily walk to both the boardwalk and the beach and the downtown area is only a 5 minute drive. Very convenient location! When I had a question for Mirian she was available right away and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

Great location! We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and proximity to multiple restaurants. The boardwalk was easy to get to with the available bikes. The kids had a great time. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs, wagon and beach toys though.

This was one of the best housed we ever rented for a vacation. The kitchen was stocked with utensils like we've never seen before and as I like to cook, this was just perfect. The location is fantastic (3 minute walk to the beach) and really close to midtown (which we liked a lot). Highly recommend this property!!

We were a group of 6, three of them kids under the age of 5, and we had a wonderful time at this beach house.       It was a great experience from the very beginning. I appreciated the contactless check-in, especially during COVID ,with the keyless entry.  The kitchen was well-equipped with an ice maker, Keurig and regular coffee machine, and water filtration system. For the kids, there was a pack n' play, folding stools for the kids to reach the sink, high chair and even a baby bathtub seat.   There's adequate parking for 2 cars in the driveway and bikes/beach toys/chairs/umbrella for you to use for the beach in the garage. The bunk bed was a hit with the kids and all of the beds were comfortable. The patio has a nice sized table with a bbq (which we didn't use during our stay).        The property is beautiful, well decorated and a convenient 5 min walk to the beach in one direction, and a 5 min walk to restaurants (Betty's Burgers, Linda's Seabreeze cafe, Tramonti) in the other. The home has a no-shoe policy (which keeps the home so clean) and there is plenty of shoe storage and hooks to keep things organized in the entryway.     We loved this property and will definitely be back.
