property was amazing, the location was ideal for restaurants, the beach and the pool was fabulous, we spent a lot of time outside! the house was equipped with all necessary items for the week.

Had an amazing wedding week/weekend. House was great, we enjoy the pool and being able to dock our boat.

The house was fantastic! It had everything we needed and plenty of space. The host was very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Very quick and easy drive to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, the beach, and the airport. I highly recommend staying here!

Home was comfortable and large. Fantastic location in the middle of everything. Awesome views from the backyard just off the intercoastal. Pool was preheated as we discussed and was enjoyed throughout our stay. Home was cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. Master bath is definitely something very cool we’ve never seen before. Had everything we needed for our stay from toilet paper to toothpicks lol. Great home, great location, awesome views!

Really enjoyed our week at this home. Clean, well located & large. Pool was great to have & TVs with loads of channels in every room. Plenty of bedrooms for privacy.

This house was perfect for our family of 7. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful views from the pool deck. Enough space to spread out comfortably and enough common areas to be together. We traveled to multiple beaches from here and while we enjoyed each one, our favorite was the Pompano Beach just 5 minutes from the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful area, close to everything large home. Enough to accommodate entire family. Will for sure be revisiting soon. No complaints!! Wish I can live here forever

We had a wonderful week in Pompano. This property is in a great neighborhood close to lots of nice restaurants and shopping, great for walking and bike riding (3 bikes @ property). Being on the waterway provided nice breezes and entertainment watching boats go by on intercoastal. Nice having the pool and outside lounge area, and plenty of room in the house for our 5 adults to relax and spread out. The property manager, Daniel was great about checking in to make sure we were able to get into the house okay and that we didn’t have questions or need anything during our stay. Having rented from other properties through the years, this was by far one of the easiest and most efficient experiences.

This house was absolutely amazing. The pictures are exactly what the house looks like, including the back entertaining area, tanning ledge and awesome swimming pool. The home is huge & fully decorated very well. The kitchen was almost as big as our entire home. The beds were super comfortable… We would recommend!

House was great. Very good size, had 8 adults and 1 child stay for a week and we never felt like we were on top of one another due to the open floor plan. The neighborhood was great, very quiet, and friendly neighbors. Grocery stores are a short car ride or bike ride away. Backyard was excellent spent the most of our time out there by the pool watching the boats go by. Only about a 15-20 minute Uber ride to downtown. Would love to go back.

This was a great property. We enjoyed the amenities (pool! great kitchen!).

The check in and check out process was simple. The house was very comfortable for our family. We would highly recommend this property.

The property was just as described. The pool was great and being on the waterway was very relaxing to just sit outside and enjoy the view and boats. The home is close to Pompano Beach Pier and to local shops and restaurants. Property owner was very responsive to any questions/concerns. He coordinated with our vendor BabyQuip to have the baby equipment/crib sent up for our arrival, which was very helpful. Overall a great experience.

This property is well maintained and very clean. Very good property manager and cleaning service is obviously top notch. It fit 3 moms and 4 kids comfortably and we had room for more, though we like our space. Being a VRBO owner of multiple properties at one time myself, I know what it takes to make this work this well and they have hit the nail on the head with this one! We can’t wait to go back!

I have been on a long road to recovery after going through cancer treatments and this was our first vacation in 4.5 years, so you can tell how excited we were. And then about 4 hours out from the rental we get a call from Dan the property manager and all I here is "we have a problem, the previous renters trashed the place and the pool"! Our hearts dropped and we thought this was the end to our vacation. Dan then said he was going to pull in as many people as it will take to get the house ready for us to stay, but it will push our check in out a few hours. Also the pool is not useable at this time. Every hour Dan would update us on the progress to let use know how it was going. By the time we were an hour away, Dan calls again and says " we are ready for you with no delay", we were amazed, but he also said the pool is in bad shape. We got to the house and were amazed at how beautiful it was on the water, clean, and plenty of room for us all. Just as advertised, we were concerned what thing would be like as we have not rented from VRBO before. With the exception of the pool everything was great, the care and concern the Dan and the owner had for us and the property has convinced us to do this again! Everyday Dan and the pool company were working to get the pool cleaned up and useable as fast as possible and when it was done it even made are stay more enjoyable. We had such a great time after all I had been through with the cancer, this place just brought relaxation and peace to me and my family. I can not say enough good about how kind and caring that Dan and the owner were to us to make our stay that way, and, they even gave us some extra time to stay longer because of the delay with getting the pool corrected. I would recommend any of the properties that are owned by this person and managed by Dan, you will not have any worries!

Everything was great and easy check in. Super clean upon arrival and if we needed anything, property manager was quick to respond and help. Super pretty views. Would definitely stay again!

The home was immaculate and the owner of the home was very attentive to our questions.

The property was awesome. The owner and property manager (Daniel) were extremely nice and accommodating. I wanted to bring my boat for the week and noticed the house did not have mooring whips. I asked if they could be installed and they were which made our trip with the boat very easy. We all enjoyed our time by the pool and the views were beautiful.

Well stocked, pool a bit tired, couch and patio furniture should be replaced , No A/C in garage bedroom, Worked well for 2 families

This house worked well for a visit with family in South Florida. We enjoyed the pool and patio and appreciated the comfortable furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. Location is great.
