Super family friendly. The open concept allowed our toddler to be free while still keeping an eye on him. The pool area had alot for him to do.

We came from LI and met our friends from NC for a 4 night stay. Wish we had stayed longer. This condo was extremely spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Dining for 10! Full, well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. TVs in every bedroom. It was spotless. We played free mini-golf on the grounds but there was also basketball, volleyball and cornhole. The weather wasn't warm enough for us to use the pools, But there were 2 outdoor pools (one heated) and one indoor pool with a hot tub. This is a perfect place for large families with children. Many, many things to do in the area plus lots of dining close by.

The property is well managed and unit was very clean and spacious. The beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was satisfactory for our needs. Location was good to access special places in the Williamsburg area.
We were on the second floor and above us were young children who were loud. We did several loads of wash and washer/dryer set is old and loud but it did the job.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Williamsurg staying at this property. The unit was clean and huge. It had everything we needed including washer and dryer. The elevator was very convenient as well, especially with getting baggage and strollers to our second floor unit. It was also super close to colonial Williamsurg. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again!

Great resort with awesome amenities for adults and kids. Condo was clean and spacious. Only drawback was how easily noise traveled through the floors. Little kid upstairs kept running around until midnight the first night. It was loud enough to keep all 8 of us awake until it finally stopped.
The host was very responsive and helpful.

Lovely space for friends and family groups

Great, convenient stay with great amenities
The stay was great! My family appreciated the amenities offered, which were more than anticipated. The host had excellent communication and was very responsive. Overall excellent stay.

Spacious but humid
The interior was very spacious. There was plenty of room for all guests. However, we had an infant crawling and his feet would get black. When was the last time the carpets were cleaned? We were also told we would get a phone call when the unit was ready. My daughter called the property manager and he was rude to her. He stated I got an email 2 months prior to our trip and did I check it? No need to respond that way! We also found the air conditioner to run with very humid air. It was not pleasing when you went to bed and your sheets were damp. Staff check in and security were super friendly and professional. I have zero issues with the staff on premise, but the manager...

Great second stay
We returned for a second stay after enjoying spring break here a few years ago. The 3 bedrook units are large with plenty of space perfect for us and our 4 tweens/teens. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, the foosball/pool table, and mini golf. Close to everything you could need or want to do! Super easy check in and out. Quiet and comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back again!

Matt was super easy to work with, responded quickly to messages. Place was an excellent choice for our family while visiting Busch gardens and water country usa.

Williamsburg and surrounding area trip
Very clean and the pool was great. Grandkids wanted to stay there instead of going sightseeing. A lot of restaurants nearby. Condo was very quiet. Don't know if we didn't have neighbors or just didn't hear them.

Family Friendly
We usually stay at Kingsgate but we thought we would switch it up and try Governor’s Green this year. We are so glad we did! Beautiful property, spacious suites, family friendly amenities and helpful staff. Definitely returning next year!

Great Amenities
My husband and I stayed with our 3 children (ages 6-8) and have to say was pleasantly surprised about the ease of check-in and check-out. The wristbands was a game changer. The pool was heated and amazing. The arcade was fun just wished they had more games and activities geared towards the little kids. Would be ideal for kids 10 and up.

Excellent Trip
Very clean and well stocked unit. Had ground floor so easy walk out. Nice patio with chairs overlooking central area. Well kept grounds. Very clean and well landscaped. The units are very clean and have everything you need for a good trip. Beds are firm. Could use a mattress topper as I thought I was sleeping on box springs. Very minor complaint. Excellent unit and centrally located to everything. It’s 15 minutes to Busch Gardens, 10 minutes to Colonial Williamsburg and 5 minutes to outlets and wide variety of restaurants. My wife and I also worked for a couple days and upgraded internet worked well. This was $10/day but worth it. I will definitely return. This was our third stay at this resort and always satisfied.

Spring Break Getaway
The condo was perfect for our visit to Virginia. The size and location where just what we were looking for. It was close to all the attractions but tucked away from the bustle. The condo itself was big enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably and had all the amenities. I would highly recommend this property.

We enjoy our stay. I think the weather ruined our trip because we couldn’t visit downtown, so we were happy for the pool and the other amenities offered.

Great place
The place was clean. Management was excellent. The condo was breathe taking and in a perfect location. Literally everything was around the site. Food,shopping whatever your looking for is around. And it was quiet I only wish the weather was better when we stayed.

Great Covid Bubble Option
This property is a great option for staying safe and still having some fun during the pandemic restrictions. Many of the amenities are still open, and guests just need to book them in advance with guest services. The only downside (and this is NOT the fault of the people renting the property) is that we got several pushy phone calls urging us to attend a timeshare meeting. Next time, I’m just not going to answer the phone at all.
Everything was clean, well kept, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great place!

Great COVID stay
The place was immaculately clean. We loved that we could book the indoor pool. Two of the days, we had it to ourselves. Another day, we shared with one other family, but it was big enough. The location is excellent for all attractions and the concierge service is friendly and helpful.

Great family vacation with so much space
We stayed here with our four kids and we’ve never been so comfortable and not cramped while on vacation before. We can’t wait to come back.
