We had a wonderful stay. We cooked breakfast and BBQed dinner. We walked on the beach and swam in the pool. Very clean and comfy.

This was a great getaways that gave us access private access to the beach. Rosarito was a short distance away for our evening dinner and entertainment.

Cute place! Main patio is downstairs. Plenty of room to sleep and hangout. We rented this for a small family reunion and even had a small group come play live music during the day. Hosts were nice, area is secured and getting there is a piece of cake. Highly recommend staying here.

Very beautiful place to stay and vacation recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at Lili’s house! The house was a beach house it was very comfortable And any we only had one minor issue and it was immediately addressed. I wouldn’t even call it an issue the propane was close to low and I only looked because I was exploring. The propane would’ve lasted us our stay but the manager went ahead and filled it, Everything in the house was good to go, fast WiFi and best of all it was on the beach what else could you really ask for I hope to stay again!

This is a lovely lovely home in a perfect beach setting! Lily the owner is the sweetest and very professional person to work with. As previous reviews mentioned, the pictures do not do this amazing roomy and airy home justice. Our family and friends stayed there over the weekend for our son's wedding in Rosarito. The house is located in a very nice and secure neighborhood and having the property manager so close by for any needs is so handy. We were a group of 10 and had plenty of space to gather around and be together and enough room to have our own space. The ocean views all throughout the house are just so incredibly beautiful. The dolphins playing on the waves was a wonderful treat to see early in the morning. We really enjoyed the house, it's decks and patios. We look forward to going back soon. Thank you Lily!

Great property ... well managed ... new appliances ... great experience again, as it has been in past years, for our annual family gathering.

Beautiful clean and charming

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. I loved the fact the property was located in a gated community. Lily the owner was quick to respond to any concerns we had before and during our stay. Only down fall no toiletries cleaning supplies like paper towels or detergent . We are common Homeaway renters and toiletries, soap, even shampoo and conditioner, towels and supplies such as detergent are always available. It was fine since we only stayed for 2 nights. Other than that we are definitely going back soon.

Love the place right on beach

The view is great, private and quite Home is clean, everything works, decently equipped kitchen Downside 1. You need to carry toiletries including hand wash soap, dish washer soap, bath soap, toilet tissues etc. It's in the agreement but learnt it the hard way. 2. No music system 3. Bring along your own HDMI cable 4. Walking along the beach is very relaxing near the property. But away from this property there is open drainage and sewer water that flows into the sea.

Pictures don't do this house justice! It's absolutely gorgeous! Great soft sand beach right out front as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality pots/pans and dishware. Will definitely be back!

I want to start off by saying that this is a great property with amazing views. The house itself was exactly what you would expect. Unfortunately, there were other issues with the house that made our stay slightly less enjoyable. Due to a mistake in housekeeping, there was no propane in the house for a full day which meant no stove, oven, or bbq grill. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, there was an issue with the refrigerator and freezer which couldn't keep the food we now couldn't cook cold. After calling carmen, who was very receptive, we had to wait until between 12pm and 1pm the second day of our stay to have gas in the house. Again, carmen was very willing to help, but those who were supposed to do the work were very unreliable and twice missed the set time for the repairs. Going a full day without gas meant spending money on eating out for multiple meals instead, which for a group of 14, can cost in the hundreds rather than the cost of a grocery trip. Lastly, while sleeping in the master bedroom(and apparently only the master bedroom) we were bitten throughout the night and woke up to 50+ small red bites on my back and arm. Also, there are differences between the vrbo listing of things to bring and the rental agreement so be aware to thoroughly check both. While there were some aspects of the house and stay that were less than perfect, the location of the house and the private and almost secluded beach was great! Also, once the charcoal grill on the patio gets going, it's a great location to bbq and watch the sunset. We were even lucky enough to see a few dolphin pods swim by!

All I can say it was lovely.... lovely lovely. Fun & good times

We had a large party of 15 and it seemed to work out great, Plenty of areas around the property to have some personal space and enough room to be all together at times. The neighborhood felt safe and secure. Great sushi place at the entrance of community, good atmosphere, good food and great drinks. Mango Margarita was my favorite. One of the closets did have a smell, but I'm sure Lily will have it cleaned out and fixed right away. Some cleanliness opportunities, but nothing major, Probably an opportunity with the hired help as Lily was great to deal with.
