Beautiful property with an incredible staff and chef. We brought a goup of 26, and the hospitality and service were some of the best we’ve ever had.

Our stay at The Palms was even better than I imagined. If searching for a special place to accommodate your group, this might be the one. We were a group of 25, ages 2-74 years, gathered for a family reunion.
Although great reviews and photos, I didn't realize how special this place truly was. A walk two miles either way on the beach, and The Palms is the only private villa on a beautiful beach lined with large resorts. Very exclusive and so special. Many asked about renting it for their own families! Its proximity made it an easy walk to rent sea kayaks, get a massage, shop locally.
The staff were incredibly professional and were a secret ingredient in our stay. They were fun, thoughtful, engaging. The food was wonderful. The chef and kitchen staff cooked for us as if we were their own family- making special meals for the children, celebrating birthdays, and even accommodating a shellfish allergy in a menu packed with seafood. Much anxiety making the pre-stay decisions and am now laughing at myself. Not to worry- you are in truly good hands.
The Palms is much like a favorite pair of jeans- comfortable and well- loved. Everything for an unforgettable time is there. I had some worries about the kids around the pool and on stairs/ decks. We limited young families to the first floor, kept our eyes open, and we enjoyed it all! Was a great week packed with amazing memories in a magical and beautiful place. Take a leap of faith- your friends and family will be grateful!

Great place to have a family or corporate retreat. Clean. Great food and service. The beach is a few steps away from the property and we enjoyed it during the day and night. I will definitely come back to this place!

This place is perfect for large groups/families! We all had an absolute amazing time! The staff is exceptional. Thor is hands down, the most accommodating person we’ve ever dealt with on vacation. He is quick and gave us just what we needed to entertain everyone of all ages in our group of 25.
Pros: Breakfast was GREAT. Beach is pretty much completely private and absolutely beautiful. Thor brought us in an awesome DJ, scheduled us massages, and other activities onsite for the adults/kids.. Pool is great as well
Cons: i hate to say it, but the property needs updating. Especially the doors going out onto the balconies.. And the toilet paper holders definitely need to be replaced with new ones.
The food is GREAT, no complaints, but we rarely ever got anything we asked for on the menus we chose. Every night was something different that we didn’t pick as our meals.. and lastly, Kelly.. it pains me to say this but Kelly was none too pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, she gave us a hard time most of the time (via email). Every/any question we had, her response was extremely rude/condescending. It was almost as if she couldn’t be bothered. And it made us not want to ask anything anymore towards the end (before we arrived).

We rented the Villa May7-13. 28 of us (all family, ages 2 through 82). The staff is outstanding! Thor, Franklin, Alejandro, Jose and the rest made sure that we wanted for nothing. Alejandro worked with all the dietary restrictions and created delicious Dominican meals for us, and afternoon snacks. No request was turned away. Franklin made us gallons of pina coladas and kept us topped off the whole week. Thor and Jose made sure that all our excursions and events went off seamlessly. We had a dj, massages, foam pool party, booze cruise, golf and a fishing trip while we were here. The rest of the time we lounged around and enjoyed the perfect weather. We put the older folks and the two small kids on the first floor. All the rooms have a killer view of the beach and are very spacious. The location of the Villa is amazing! You are directly on the beach! All you need to do in the morning is put on your suit and either hop into the pool or the ocean. Absolute heaven for us sun worshipers! This was the first time to the DR for about half of our family, and I was nervous about how they’d receive it. They all really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and hit the shops nearby. We even had some wild horses on the beach and sea turtles swimming in the coral off the shore. You can snorkel right around the house at several small reefs. All week long people would ask us what hotel this was and we’re blown away when we said it was a private Villa. It was an awesome trip!!!

This is a super special place for a large group. Every room has an ocean view, and the pool area and long grassy yard between the beach and pool is amazing for hanging out. There is shade and sun, and the beach is great. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We all loved the chef, and the staff. They were so kind and attentive. The rooms are large and the views are amazing! I will say that the mattresses and towels are not super comfy and the decor is a bit outdated and faded. If you are looking for 5 star luxury you need to adjust expectations. Once we settled in, overall we were quite comfortable. It’s hard to find a place for this price to accommodate a large group as well as they do at the Palms. Our group had a wonderful time!

Rented this spot for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party with 19 people. This is the all inclusive experience for people who hate all inclusives. Everyone who walks along the beach wants to know what resort you're at. They're jealous.
It is insane how close the beach is. Views from every room. Staff was incredible. Thor, property manager, was happy to get us anything we wanted. The bartender, Franklin, kept everyone topped up. The food was the best we've had in the country. Chef Alejandro and his crew were accommodating for vegetarians and the flavors were so fresh.

Thanks to Thor, Alejandro & kitchen staff and Franklin for making our week relaxing and amazing. There were others that kept the property and rooms clean too- thanks to them too. We had 18 family members at The Palms for Christmas week. We also had a great celebration for our 25th wedding anniversary. Kelly helped get us an awesome DJ, photographer and cake for the event. Not having to “dress” for meals as The Palms is your private resort, can’t be beat. The property is a gem. Thor took care of any issues that arose- all which were within normal limits since it’s a busy rental. We travel a lot. Rentals like this are worth it!!

The service at the Palms was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality provided. The property is well laid out with each room ocean facing. The property was as pictured with some expected ocean front wear and tear. Aside from a few rocky areas and a little seaweed, the beach in front and nearby is great.

I'm struggling to write this review because the service was AMAZING, the food was phenomenal, and truly we enjoyed the staff so much because they made the trip amazing. The resort itself is... tired. It needs some updating, it needs new high end mattresses (all of them were rock hard), the screen doors don't really shut correctly in most of the rooms, overall the property just needed a bit of a revamp. My struggle with writing this review was because the staff was so great... but the beach itself is 100% seaweed. Almost completely unusable, nothing like the photographs depict. And they told us this was off season (I was surprised that it could get worse, the beach was 100% covered in seaweed). Again, NOT the property or the staff's fault, but I was expecting Caribbean clear blue waters with beautiful beaches and that is not what this was. But that could be a little on me though because I'm accustomed to bahamas and caymans clear water with no waves (so take my review with a grain of salt). We also weren't allowed to flush toilet paper, so we had to put it in a trash can next to the toilet... which took some time to acclimate to. The cleaning service was great though and they cleaned it out every day but it still was an adjustment coming from the US. The other adjustment was not being able to brush our teeth with the sink water, it was treated for showers but they made sure to tell us not to put the water in our mouths because we could get sick. And I still did get sick (to no fault of the property or the staff, just the fact that my stomach is not used to those types of germs). Again, I struggle writing this review because the staff was so freaking awesome that they don't deserve to not have people book... but the owner needs to make some updates to really justify the cost. I'd still say 4 stars though because truly the service was freaking awesome and the food was great, but I personally wouldn't return because I don't want to be worried on my vacation about not accidentally flushing toilet paper in the toilet or potentially getting sick from brushing my teeth with the sink water. Overall just not for me, but the staff was so amazing they made it awesome. If you HAVE to go to DR, and you are fully aware of what you're signing up for, the staff here was incredible and the food was great.

We came with 22 family members, ages 10-87 and we all had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful and right on the ocean with an on- shore breeze and constant surf sounds. The staff was even more impressive- kind, considerate and the food was 5 star!!

The Palms is an absolutely beautiful home in a tremendous location. The house is wonderful, the pool amazing and the views just simply can't be beat. All of that being said, the staff is what really makes the property. The chef is absolutely top notch and the entire staff works tirelessly to make sure that your every need is taken care of during your entire stay.

We just completed a week long stay at the Palm and it was pure bliss. We used the home for an annual family reunion and our large group couldn’t have been more satisfied. The octogenarians in the group loved being able to access the beach directly from the front yard for morning and evening walks, the toddlers loved the 150 foot swimming pool, replete with every pool toy/float you could imagine, the adults loved swimming in the ocean out back and the sheer size of the property which allows for everyone, even a group of 30, to enjoy privacy when needed. But EVERYONE loved the staff - They really do feel like family and are constantly working to ensure everyone enjoys every moment at the Palms. Special shout outs to Franklin the bartender, Eduarda who served meals, Alejandro the chef. Ezekiel the house manager and everyone else who worked so hard during our stay. We are lucky to stay at staffed villas around the world often and the quality of the food and service here was really top notch. Thank you to everyone at the Palm for making our stay exactly what we were seeking.

Christmas Vacation 2021
My 88 year old father said he wanted a "last hurrah" and suggested a cruise for our 6 to 88 year old range of 20 family members. We suggested similar amenities with a more private experience and set out to find a house in the Caribbean that could provide. The Palms was perfect! The home strikes the right balance of gorgeous but livable. The staff quickly becomes an extension of your family and we all easily let our guard down to a level of relaxation rarely experienced. The food was exceptional, served with a smile, and you felt the team truly enjoyed their role in providing happiness for others. Understand, the house takes a beating from the salt air and be realistic that you will see that challenge. There will also be beach dogs that will say hello (sweet and friendly), plenty of lizards and the occasional visitor from abroad who can't resist a pose leaning against the front palm tree on the beach. In other words, this is an authentic experience. We loved the massages on the second level porch and dancing on the roof to celebrate the birthdays in our group. There is enough space to hide if you need an introvert moment to recharge and three bars if you are looking to go big. Finally, the owner and other support staff are attentive, supportive, and a lot of fun. I can't think of a better way to have a large group enjoy one another and hope to be back! Thank you Palms for an incredible Christmas!

Fantastic Week
As others before me have confirmed, the reviews are accurate. This place did not disappoint. Our group of 20 all had a wonderful time, kids and adults alike. We had easy access to what felt like our own private beach and a great pool/lounge area. The view was spectacular and many pictures were taken. Food was top notch with the indian buffet being a notable standout. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating.
Seeley went above and beyond putting together a birthday party surprise for one of the kids that had a birthday while we were there.
They coordinated the transportation to/from the airport and the covid testing needed for our return flight and made that process easy.
If you've got a group looking for a private beach getaway, this is the place!

All these Reviews seem fake But they aren't - The Real Deal
We were 12 forty-something guys on a long Covid-escape weekend looking for a getaway that had it all. The pictures are fairly accurate (other than beach which is experiencing a lot of erosion but it still sounds amazing in bed). What you don't realize is how incredible the communication is. With 12 different people in the era of Covid, we had a gazillion questions and requests prior to departure, and they were always responded to, and never with attitude. The staff at the villa was top notch - friendly, fun and very competent. The assigned concierge made sure any issue was taken care of immediately. The excursion partner arranged any trip or amenity we needed. The food was way above average. We had to worry about nothing. If you like the photos and the reviews, just book it. There is no way you'll regret it. NO WAY!

Wonderful host and Stay
My fiancé and I gathered 22 of our closest friends and family for his 50th birthday and chose The Palms at Punta to celebrate him. From the host/manager Kelly, whom communicated with us the entire time, to the entire staff at the villa. From The kitchen staff, our main contact at the villa Ezequiel, that kept everything and everyone in order and was there from sun up to sun down, to our bartender Franklin that kept the drinks flowing, to the ladies that kept our suites cleaned, everyone was hospitable and friendly. And let’s talk about the The views from every room that were to die for! This was a once in a life time experience! Thank you The Palms At Punta Cana! We can’t wait to be back!

Absolute Best Vacation Ever
I seriously don't even think there are words to describe just how amazing everything was at The Palms Punta Cana. I spent a week long vacation there with my closet friends and family, and got married in the middle of the week on the beach. I knew the pictures made it look awesome, and I read previous reviews about "how amazing the staff was", but still was not expecting it to be even close to as amazing as it was. Not only is the house amazing, each room is incredible, great view, great AC, private bathroom, etc., but THE STAFF. I truly believe sometimes the staff of an establishment can absolutely make or break how great the stay was, and the staff at the palms was easily the best crew ever! They were NOT just employees of the palms, by the end of the stay, they were our friends, and they made our entire stay just amazing. HUGE shout out to Seeley the house manager for being so great and making sure our stay was PERFECT, but also huge shout out to Franklin who was the best bar tender/volleyball player/most fun!! I could truly go on and on forever about how amazing this place was. I'm SO thankful we choose them!!

A perfect spot for a large family gathering
Our family had a glorious week at The Palms over New Years. It’s a gracious and comfortable space, right on a beautiful stretch of beach but enough back so that you have a real sense of privacy. You walk right down to the water for great swimming and lovely long walks. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the combination of long meandering pool and gorgeous ocean front was perfect for our group which ranged in age from 1 to 80. The staff was attentive and helpful without being in the least intrusive. They met our every need, frequently anticipating what we wanted before we even knew ourselves. And the food was truly delicious. Three lovely meals a day and the special bonus of poolside snacks in the afternoons. Alejandro, the chef, was wonderful to work with, creating meals that were interesting and authentic for the adults but full of kid friendly choices as well. They went way beyond what might have been expected, creating two truly charming birthday celebrations for us- with great decorations and singing.and a great sense of fun. All 22 of us give The Palms our highest and most enthusiastic recommendation!

Best multi family group vacation place!
Out group has been renting beach houses w friends and their families for many summers. This was the best. We had kids from 6-16 years as well as 12 parents who very much enjoyed the house. It is very much as pictured on VRBO, clean, relaxing and spacious. Staff is super friendly, accommodating and hassle free. Bartender and chef especially great. Food is delicious and healthy- Alejandro accommodated kids, gluten free and vegetarian diets at every meal. Highly recommended!

The Villa was absolutely perfect. You will not be disappointed.
Just leaving the Villa today and already thinking about when we can back there. Every single detail about our stay exceeded our expectations. We had 26 people there celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. The food was exceptional and the service was amazing. The band we flew in was an awesome touch. The staff surprised us with a delicious birthday cake and song. Seeley recommended the group party boat excursion and it was so great that we ended up extending it while we were there. There is absolutely nothing I would change! Seely, and her team, are world class and they made us feel like we were the most important people in the world!

The Palms is paradise. It is deserving of every 5 star review it has received and lives up to and exceeds every expectation. If you're considering this resort, stop looking and just book. Chef Alejandro is of the highest level. His food was spectacular. (I really can't say enough about how good the food was.) Seeley made sure our stay was perfection. She is attentive to every detail and took care of our every need (restocking, massages, entertainment, etc.). Wander is a great bartender and seemed unfazed by our crazy fun partying. Our group was 27 large, celebrating 40th birthdays. Enjoy your stay at The Palms!!! We would love to return.

A little slice of heaven on earth!
AMAZING experience! 9 of us celebrated my husband's 40th birthday and we all felt the same way! It's like being on your own private resort! Right in the beach, pool, games, bars, phenomenal staff! You cannot go wrong! At the end the staff surprised my husband with a happy birthday cake, music, dancing! He was floored as were we all. We will be going back for sure.

This was The PERFECT Place for our trip!! This was my daughter’s Senior Trip, she and 10 of her friends had The Trip of a Life time Thanks to Seeley and the Staff at the Palms!!! Look no further and Book Now!
I have been trying for a week to write this review and I honestly cannot find the right words to describe the villa and the hospitality that was provided to our large group (18 adults and 6 kids). So I am just going to write facts on the villa just to help you along with booking it!
1) The pictures do no justice. You will see for yourself when you get there.
2) The team that works there is simply amazing. From first booking with Kelly, to the kitchen staff - Alejandro, Elsa and Duby, the bartender - Wander, and still the maintenance and cleaning crew, were fantastic and hospitable.
3) One thing we overlooked in the contract (as we had not come across before) was, if you do not purchase the chef service, you are unable to make meals. So that means traveling off the property. For a cost that you would not be able to go out and eat at restaurants for and the convenience of having things selected, prepared, served and then cleaned up it is WELL WORTH IT!
4) We were all able to be in a place, to ourselves, and under one roof. Total privacy.
5) The bedrooms are large, have AC, balconies and ocean views.
6) Highly recommend elderly people and kids be on the 1st floor. We initially thought the 2nd or 3rd would be good but when you have to go up and down stairs each time the kids wants something or forgot something we quickly changed our minds. Don't make that same mistake.
7) We were there when Tropical Storm Alberto was brewing up so the beaches ended up quite seaweedy but the crew was on it by 7a and by 9a we had the ONLY clean beach.
8) Please do not be alarmed by the information about the Septic. Coming from the US it seemed quite awkward at first but the maid service coming around 2x per day you didn't know otherwise. It's not like you are staying in the room all day.
9) There are pool floats, cornhole, pool volleyball and some other toys so not much is needed to be brought. We left two wake boards so those have been added to the inventory.
10) Seeley, the owner, has thought of everything so be prepared not to leave the venue. She has been doing it for a while and makes sure you have the best stay possible. Love her!
I cannot recommend The Palms enough. For the cost, the privacy, the amazing hospitality, and the location, I will be back, soon! You start as a guest but leave with a new DR family. We love you!! XOXO

Absolutely incredible
The pictures don't do the Palms any justice, this place is as beautiful as it gets. We just returned from 4 days at the Palms, an annual getaway for 10 close friends. The food was incredible, the service was amazing and the property is simply idyllic. Thanks to the entire team at the Palms, we will most definitely be back.

A Villa right on the beach!
Nestled between all of the " all inclusive" resorts in Punta Cana, Our large group of 8 couples stayed 4 nights at the Palms Villa. All rooms had king beds. We all had a terrific time. Seeley Oliver and her staff were very attentive. Magic was a great bartender & for the 3 meals a day we had with Alejandro & his staff, the food was delicious & inventive! I would highly recommend this villa when thinking about your next visit to the DR.

Amazing home, incredible staff, great location, simply perfect for large groups with kids.
I can’t thank Seeley and her staff enough the wonderful time we had at the palms. We had 5 families with 12 kids, ages ranging from 2-15. The food was amazing and well thought out for all ages. Alejandro and his team prepared the best food I have had on a tropical vacation that I can remember. The beach, Property, and overall atmosphere are nearly unbeatable. Thank you Seeley, We will be back!!!

Fabulous Experience!
Our group of 27 had an amazing time at The Palms Villa. Everything you read in other reviews is true- the staff is attentive and ready to help with anything you need- the chef Alejandro and his team create delicious , fresh meals that both kids and adults enjoyed. Our group has stayed at many all-inclusive resorts and wanted to try something different this year. Prior to coming, we wondered if the food would be kid friendly yet appeal to the adults Would there be enough to keep the kids entertained? Yes and Yes! The beach is huge and the water clear. The basketball goal was very popular and of course the pool! We loved having a living room to gather in - we watched post season basketball tournament while drinking freshly prepared pina coladas with palm trees and ocean in the background. It doesn’t get much better! We would absolutely recommend !
