Completamente renovado con excelentes comodidades.
El apartamento tiene un balcón orientado al sur con una gran vista sobre el mar. Es muy tranquilo en un hermoso complejo bien cuidado con una gran piscina climatizada con terraza y piscina para niños
El piso está completamente reformado. Cuenta con una gran sala de estar, una cocina moderna, un baño y un dormitorio con cama doble y armario. Para un 3. La persona está sentada cómodamente en un sofá cama en la sala de estar.
Todos los servicios, como supermercados, restaurantes, cafés y consultorios de médicos alemanes e ingleses, se encuentran en las inmediaciones del apartamento.
Puerto del Carmen está a solo 11 km del aeropuerto y se puede llegar fácilmente en autobús o taxi.

Very clean, tidy well equipped apartment, everything you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. My wife and i were very impressed and can highly recommend this properly and its location.

Wir haben unseren 14tägigen Urlaub in dem Appartement und in der Anlage Los Mariones vebracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war gut ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Darüber hinaus hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und der Balkon war schön bepflanzt was uns auch gut gefallen hat. Die ganze Abwicklung und Kommunikation rund um die Buchung und Übergabe der Schlüssel war auf allen Ebenen auch sehr gut. Wir würden das Appartement bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt wieder buchen.

Overall our experience was very good. A few niggles like the bed pillows were naff, only a table top ironing board and the iron leaked so couldn't be used with steam. Great sea views but the price was steep slopes/ steps to get to sea level! We got cabs that were plentiful and cheap when getting to the strip and beaches. However, the shopping centre and harbour were easily walkable.

Goed uitgerust appartement, je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel vriendelijke mevrouw om in te checken. Zwembad was redelijk koud.

Only a few things that slightly let it down for us; For a two week stay an oven would have been appreciated, no clean bedding for the second week and more pillows required.

This was our second visit to this apartment and definitely wont be our last it is a ideal location close to all the shops and bars but very quiet.
Rudi looked after us when we asked for a fan for the hot nights and was easily contactable throughout our stay we will be returning this year and many years to come .

Smashing apartment, well equipped and in a great location. Easy parking, good coordination with the owner. Slight hiccup with the internet though, mobile data still works though.

We had a lovely time staying in this apartment in Los Marinos.
The location is fabulous, so close to shops, beach, restaurants, we had no trouble parking (March).
The pool is a few steps away and was warmer than the sea!
The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean, great shower, very comfortable bed, great view from the balcony.
Key handover was efficient and friendly, communication with owner also effficient.
I would recommend this to any couple wanting a break in Lanzarote
