Luxury Condo on the River-Million Dollar View!
Este lujoso apartamento de un dormitorio, en el piso de arriba, domina el galardonado Riverwalk en el corazón del centro de Wilmington. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King de gama alta y un televisor de pantalla plana, con lavadora y secadora en el armario. Hay una cocina completa con estufa, refrigerador, cafetera, tostadora y microondas. El salón tiene un sofá cama y TV de pantalla plana. La puerta del balcón se abre a una vista del río Cape Fear y es perfecta para tomar una taza de café por la mañana o una bebida fría por la noche mientras ve pasar los barcos y la gente. Estará a poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes y tiendas, y a poca distancia de nuestras hermosas playas. Realmente es un paraíso privado.

We could not figure out what the smell was in the unit until we got ready to check out and went to take all of the trash out, and there was a pamper left in the bedroom, trash can from the previous tenants

While this may have not been the best location for us (we have a 3 year old) the condo was great! Clean when we got there, great area and SO MUCH TO DO (if you don't have littles LoL). They even have a small binder with all recommendations, notes, etc.
The one thing I wish I knew so ONLY sharing here to help others because it was important to me was that when you park across the street at Chandler's Wharf, make sure not to use their scan/text to pay WAIT UNTIL you get in the apt because they have a special rate of $20/day versus $30 for 6 hours. I did reach out to the parking company which of course, told me I have to reach out to a different company so we'll see how that goes but that's NOT the property's issue. Also, just because you pay for the day doesn't mean you have a guaranteed spot so it's almost like you're better off parking and just walking everywhere. There's SO MUCH TO DO around there! Overall, we had a great experience and we definitely recommend!

Great location. Beautiful view. Lots to see within walking distance. Boat ride tour excellent. Not too far from the beach. Airlie gardens beautiful. Food places within walking distance. Great stay.

PROS: Great location with access to all the attractions (restaurants, shopping, breweries) Deck was perfect for sunsets & people watching along the Riverwalk. Bed was comfy & AC worked great. (We had a very hot week.)
CONS: It had everything we needed and was a good value but limited cooking space and the furniture could be updated (especially on the deck)

The apartment was so well located for downtown Wilmington. Wonderful views of the river and so central to everything. We loved our time here and Rob was so helpful, and pragmatic, when needed.

Came to Wilmington for Cody Jinks at Live Oak Bank Pavillion. It was a long walk to the venue, but it was along the river walk so not
too bad. Condo was clean and as advertised. Great location with all you need a short walk away. Would stay again.

We stayed at this condo for a wedding in the downtown area. The condo was really comfortable and well-stocked and the view/balcony was gorgeous! We loved relaxing out there in between wedding activities. It was also walking distance to everything we wanted to do so we didn't have to worry about driving all weekend, which was great. We would definitely stay here again.

From start to finish really enjoyed this place. Our host was fabulous. Very responsive. Allowed us to check in early as we arrived on an early flight. When I could not find the hair dryer he actually purchased a new one and dropped it at our door the next morning. Very clean, nice and well appointed. Will definitely come back. Many Thanks!!!

Excellent location and view! You can walk to anywhere in the downtown area. Condo was just as described - quiet, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Loved the balcony overlooking the river!

Great location, couldn’t ask for a better spot and parking was very convenient! Overall we enjoyed our stay with a few minor first world problems.
Pull out couch has seen better days and we could not find the pump for the air mattress so the kids had to sleep on the deflated mattress. Thankfully they didn’t mind too much but was still kind of a bummer.
Only two forks in the whole house, minor issue but felt odd and made eating lunch with the kids a bit interesting.
TV in living room had hdmi disconnected and in a drawer for some reason. Didn’t bother hooking back up, just did show time in the bedroom.
All told lots of minor details that didn’t matter too much but makes it hard to give 5 stars even though the location itself is absolutely 5 star worthy.

Unit was perfect for what I needed. Walking distance to everything in the Riverfront District, including the Conference Center. Check in/out very simple and communication with the property owner was fast. No complaints and would stay here for future Wilmington trips.

We loved our stay. It was everything we needed in a very convenient location. Comfortable and cozy and perfect for a couple. Hurricane Idalia was on her way and the owner contacted us about the outdoor furniture and even offered to come help. Would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in Wilmington!

Wonderful time - first time using VRBO- loved being right on the Cape Fear River with boardwalk - the unit , although on small side , was clean and as advertised. The balcony was a huge plus - kitchen/ bathrooms were fully stocked - parking was easy- I'd definitely stay here again 👍
