This place was perfect for my family. It was clean and super relaxing. We enjoyed being able to stay together with plenty of room. The check in process was smooth and I appreciated the phone call from Matt to go over the everything.

Grandparents and 7 & 10 year old in 3-bedroom unit for 4 nights. Condo was clean, roomy and well-supplied. Kids had a great time, despite some amenities needing maintenance (e.g mini-golf; giant chess set). Convenient to all local attractions and restaurants. We had a great stay.

We booked a 3 bedroom unit for 4 nights. It was myself, my husband and our two kids(ages 4&6), along with my parents and older brother. It was the perfect amount of space for all of us and we were able to get all the privacy we needed considering we could completely close off half of the unit. Beds were surprisingly comfortable including the pull out sofas. Lots of great restaurants near by and even a few amazing public parks. The resort happened to tear down the park on the property while we were there unfortunately but we found other options. Everything is only a 3-5 minute drive away. Fabulous location and lots to do. Very impressed.

We had a great stay at the property. We were two families with 3 kids, ages 9-14, and 4 adults. The property had so much to keep everyone busy while we had downtime at the resort. 3 pools (including an adult only pool which was glorious because the other pools did get very busy), hot tub, mini golf, arcades, gym, basketball courts, tennis courts, the list goes on and on. It was a perfect stay and close to all activities we did off site. I’d say the pictures online need updated as the room we stayed in was completely updated and very nice. We would stay here again. Just a note to anyone with trouble with steps though, this was a 3rd floor room and no elevator. We did not have issue with this but some may. Property was very clean and well kept.

This property is very close to Williamsburg, Jamestowne, and Busch Gardens. There was lots of space for us to spread out, and it was great to have our own washer and dryer and kitchen space. The owners warned us in advance that the resort is a timeshare, and we appreciated having tips for avoiding the resort's sales pitch - we were somewhat successful in dodging their requests for our time (which we were not willing to give while on vacation)! The resort had great amenities, including an arcade and indoor pool. We had one rainy day during our vacation, and nobody minded having a little extra time to chill out and relax at the resort. I would stay here again in the future.

Williamsburg family vacation
We rented this condo for an extended family of 7 vacation. It is dated but clean for the most part (there was a bug in one of the bedrooms) and very spacious. Two kitchens and two tv sitting areas. Plenty of towels. Very close to both Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and local restaurants. Several of these restaurants give a 10% discount for people staying at Kingsgate Resort. There is a pool and ping pong and cookout areas after you return from the parks. Nice front porch with Adirondack chairs where we drank our morning coffee. Condo is equipped with coffee maker (not a KEURIG). Also has coffee and packets with powdered creamer and sugar /sweetener. Condo has hair dryer, iron, all linens for the two pull out couches, and samples of shampoo and body wash. The check in process was very easy and the staff was friendly. They have a concierge texting service that I used several times and they were prompt and polite. Overall we had a fantastic trip and this location accommodated all our needs. Definitely recommend for a big group!

Nice Accommodations
The condo was conveniently located, quiet and well-equipped for general cooking. The rooms are spacious enough, clean and in overall good condition. The balcony, which overlooks a small pond, is shady in the afternoon. We enjoyed watching the turtles and ducks!

Perfect family stay for a week of history and roller coasters!
We had an incredible week staying at Club Wyndham Kingsgate. The suites were clean and had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, game room and mini golf. Check in and check out was very efficient. We were so close to all of the area attractions and restaurants. We could not have imagined a better week.

Best place to stay!
As a mom of 2 boys ages 9 & 10- this was an ideal property to stay at. We were so close to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We were able to quickly get there and enjoy a few hrs on location- but come back to the condo to eat lunch and relax a little before heading back in the afternoon. Made for the perfect combination with young children who can only take so much history at one time. The resort amenities were fabulous and we all had a wonderful time. Host was timely with correspondence. Would highly recommend!!

Great location and experience
Very clean rental well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, etc so you don’t have to race to the store to buy everything immediately. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay there again. Great weekend trip!

Surprised
We weren’t expecting two units, but it was a great surprise. We had my family (2 adults and 2 kids) in the bigger unit and my sister in law had her own. The units were spacious and clean. We were very close to my husbands alma mater (W&M), williamsburg, and Busch gardens. We hope to stay there again when we visit next time.

Wyndham Kingsgate was perfect for our family Christmas time together. Amenities were great. Unit was perfect…3 bedroom, 3 bath kept grandkids and grandparents happy! Even weather cooperated allowing the kids to swim outside in Virginia in late December!

Perfect location, property and amenities!
We had a fantastic time in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit, without children and both sets of parents! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The amenities on property were outstanding! The arcade with free games was a huge hit with my kids and the 94 degree pool, in chilly weather was just great! We would love to stay here again, on another trip to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens!
