Cute little cottage was exactly as advertised. Clean and conveniently located. Easy check in and parking right at door. Highly recommend!

Great little property! You are steps away from the Boardwalk and the Wharf. Not too noisy - we slept just fine both nights.

The location of this house cannot be beat! We could walk to everything. Owner was responsive to our questions, house was clean and tidy, and our stay was relaxing and fun. I would highly recommend this place!

Good communication and speedy replies. Clean cottage. It is as advertised. Location is super (you can walk everywhere) and it was quiet at night (February holiday weekend). Minor items: A number of electrical outlet cover plates (at least 3) are broken—need to replace those. We couldn’t find the sheets for the futon. Ceiling light was burnt out in one bedroom, but there were spare bulbs so no real issue.

The pictures on the listing accurately represent this small beach bungalow. It is 4 connected rooms with one bathroom that connects the two bedrooms. There is a large deck with a table that has a view of the ocean over the parking lot and street. While the outside is a bit weathered, the inside is clean with bright paint and cute beach themed artwork. The location makes up for any imperfections. The owner is very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful rustic house. Quiet at night. Walking distance to wharf and boardwalk. A short drive to scenic areas. Parking was easy and assigned. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

My boys and I loved staying here! It is in the perfect location to walk to the wharf, beach, Boardwalk, etc. The rooms in the house were just what we needed and the laundry was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and we will definitely stay here again.

This Property is literally 100 yards from the pier and 300 yards from the Boardwalk. Everything is convenient. Walking distance to everything important. I wish they had wash cloths' but we made due without. Good Wi-Fi and TV in living room and both bedrooms. Sitting area in front is nice to socialize. Full size frig & Ice maker is a plus for sure. Also beach chairs and towels provided, nice touch. Josie and Pete we nice and easy to ask questions ect..I would recommend this property for sure. I would not have more than 4 people myself in it, but if you have little kids it will sleep 6.

If size doesn't matter to you and you want a trip where you can just walk everywhere, this little place is it!

Everything went smoothly not a skip in the beat best location ,convenient and steps away from the beach . Was great especially with Lil ones bring back to nap and finish the rest of the day at the boardwalk was an awesome time thanks Josie and your father great guy to talk with ! Will be back soon

I have to give this a five star even though it's a little older beach cottage, but the location is perfect. Steps to the wharf, to the Boardwalk and to Cowell's Beach. Cowell's beach is surfless as there are hardly any waves but it is nonetheless the beach. The cottage itself if clean and checking in with the manager was so easy. Note to self to bring next time: A stock pot to make a spaghetti dinner and maybe a couple of other kitchen items and a few wash cloths for bathing. All-in-all we had a great time.

We loved the cottage. It was clean and had a nice kitchen and pantry. There was a tv in each room. All of the bedding and towels were very good quality, so were the soaps in the shower. The owner included some goodies for us that were delicious and we really liked! The patio was excellent for all kinds of activities: looking at people, sipping coffee, watching the beach, letting kids play, eating—it’s like an outdoor extension of the living room. Finally, the lovely location of the cottage is perfect. You can walk to everything! We had a 4 & 5 year old and had no problems walking anywhere we wanted to go. It’s very centrally located, yet a little out of the way enough to be away from the street noise. We really enjoyed the cottage and would stay again.

The place is cute in side it’s the stench that is bad. Front deck needs to be sanded and chairs need to be cleaned and repainted. No wash cloths, laundry detergent dish liquid filled with water making it hard to clean the dishes.

You can't beat the location and inside was clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Will absolutely come back!!

This little bungalow was the perfect location and size for our family plus kids friends visit to Santa Cruz. A quick walk to the Boardwalk or the wharf meant we could hop back and forth between beach time and boardwalk time without carrying all our stuff ! It was awesome to have a parking spot so we didn't have to look for one along the boardwalk. It was nice to have the extra room to hangout with the kids instead of being in a single hotel room !! The owner is extremely responsive and helpful ! The place was super clean and stocked with all the necessary things, even cream from a nearby dairy ! Double thumbs up for us !

We enjoyed 3 nights in the cottage. In walking distance to everything we needed. Great surfing right across the street. It was nice that they provided 4 beach towels and 4 chairs. For a family of 5 only having one bathroom was difficult, but nice touch providing shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. One suggestion would be to provide wash clothes for your face. My kids loved the taffy and swedish fish. Coming from the East Coast definitely needed wet suits for the Pacific ocean. Enjoyed the outside patio in the evening. Hosts were very informative. Josie, Karen, and Pete were all helpful even to taking the trash to the dumpster. Would recommend this place to my friends.

We loved staying here. Location to beach & boardwalk is amazing!!! We will definitely be back. Very clean & we loved being able to cook our own meals, etc.
