Location is everything and this place did not disappoint. Being steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and stores made this vacation perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone. The hosts were quick to respond if we had a question. We had a few sunny mornings on the rooftop and enjoyed a firework show from a nearby neighbor on New Year’s Eve! Thanks for a great week.

We loved this house! Fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms, awesome rooftop view of the ocean and sunset. Great pool and just a few steps away from the ocean! It was perfect! Explicit check-in and check-out instructions. Owners were very helpful when I reached out! Highly recommend this house!

The property was in one of the greatest locations, France and Andre did a wonderful job making the check in and out process seamless. The townhouse has everything you need on a very quite street but right next to beach, restaurants and all items needed. Thanks again to France and Andre for the wonderful property!

We had a wonderful two-week stay. The house is fully stocked with everything required to have a home away from home vacation. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a fantastic 8-person table in the main living area, perfect for all meals. We spent much time on the rooftop reading, hanging out, and enjoying the weather. We used the supplied beach gear to hit the sand and waves 100 yards from the front door. We used the free local shuttle (download the Circuit app) to take us to the many local bars and restaurants. We loved The Beach House for its Sushi and the Briney Pub for the bar food and atmosphere. The host was responsive and accommodating for the times we needed to chat. The only thing I didn't like is I did have to work from there for a few days :) I highly recommend it.

Very well located townhouse by the great Pompano beach. Great hosts, wpuld definitely recommend for a group looking for privacy while living together. The three bedroom suites are very large and comfortable.

Fantastic property. Central location. Would return!

Although the outline of check-in instructions say enter front door, it specifically says do not park on street area multiple times in multiple different areas. One would think you would pull into the gated area with your car and luggage then walk around to front. Unfortunately there is no way to get from garage area to the front door and then you are stuck between the gate of the community and the closed garage door. Secondly, when you finally get into the house it is 80 degrees. The last thing I wanted to do was bring all our luggage in from 100 degree weather to an 80 degree house. We ended up leaving while it cooled off. The listing is accurate but be aware that there is a lot of step. The layout is odd. There is one bedroom on the first floor and then two bedrooms on the third floor. I did not feel comfortable sleeping on separate floors of our children with a whole floor in between us so we shared rooms on the second floor. For this reason I would not recommend this place for people who have smaller children. Regarding the bedrooms the rooms have no black out shades and the shades are completely see thru. One can see straight into the first floor bedroom at night. We actually went to Walmart and bought black table cloths and duck taped them to the master bedroom window on the third floor so light would not wake us up at 6am. I can not remember the last time I stayed somewhere without blackout shades. First night fire battery went low and continued to beep. We then had to get the ladder out and disconnect it from the wall. Minor inconvenience. Third day oven didn’t work. Didn’t even bother with trying to get that addressed. Pool was nice and we basically had that to ourselves the entire time. However, pool is only cleaned once a week. I asked for it to be cleaned on Monday, was told cleaning day was Tuesday. It was cleaned Wednesday morning but by Thursday afternoon it is already filled with debris/leaves again with grime on the top. There is no skimmer available to clean it yourself. Lastly is the indoor security camera. Initially when I read the contract i assumed it was outdoor camera facing the front door. But it is infact an indoor camera and was listed as so on the contract. But why? It says security purposes but the community is gated. Is this a bad neighborhood or are they spying on you? Walk around like someone is always watching. 20 steps to beach but unfortunately we had lots of seaweed.

The owners were easy to work with and accommodating. Many restaurants close by within walking distance or a short drive. The place is clean and modern. Only “headache” was parking. Photos show a 2 car garage, but only 1 slot was available for use. Our two-vehicle group had to find a parking spot on the street and be sure to pay the meter. This was done though a convenient app and hopefully we avoided any fines. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was great as it is just across from the entrance for the beach and it’s a short walk down to the Pompano Pier area.

My family and I stayed for 1 month and had all the comforts of home. France and Andre made every part of the process easy for us. They were always accessible when I needed to ask a question. The house, pool, beach and restaurants were all there for us to enjoy every day. I highly recommend renting this property.

We had a lovely week in this beautiful home just steps from the ocean. Deciding to cook at home due to high risk of COVID in FL, we found the kitchen particularly well equipped to do some creative cooking. The elevator was quite helpful as well. Overall, we had a nice stay.

The king beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. We enjoyed having a nice short walk to the beach.

This beautiful home was exactly what we were looking for! Tons of space, a well appointed kitchen, roof deck, and an easy walk to the beach, restaurants etc. I love that beach chairs, towels, coolers were all provided for convenience! When we has an issue, the owners were incredibly responsive and had someone out to fix it immediately. No one was at the pool except us the whole week we stayed so was like private! Highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation!

great owners and location ..overall wonderful (except with a walking 1 yr old the steps were little scary..gates helped!!!) but elevator was perfect for loading and unloading. Wonderful place thank you!!

This is a beautiful house, very well decorated, with everything you need for a beach holiday. Just across the street from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, the house is very well equipped. You can find all you need in the kitchen to cook a meal. Great terrace on top floor. Lots of beach stuff is included, like chairs, umbrella and toy for children to play in the sand.

What a beautiful and clean townhouse! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The beach is a 2 minute walk across the street and is quiet, even at the busy spring break vacation season. We really enjoyed our stay and the location and amenities of this gorgeous townhouse! Our family of 5 had a great 11 day stay at this property. The home is large with tons of space for all. It is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The owners provided tons of beach chairs and toys too which we used for our daily time at the beach. Our kids (9 and 5) loved the beach and we felt like we had it all to ourselves with a quick walk across the street. The home is also walking distance to many restaurants and shops nearby when we didn't want to drive somewhere. We would definitely recommend this house to families with kids.
