This was our third time booking with the Regina’s and we can’t say enough about how pleased we are every time we stay. After this last trip we joke it has become our “home away from home”. The layout is perfect for our combined families (grandparents, two kids/spouses, and associated grandkids). Grandparents can turn it for bed early and not be disturbed by the sounds of the grandkids wreaking havoc late into the evening in the living room at the other end of the house. And the kitchen layout accommodates dinner for as many as 15 when our locally residing family members decide to join us.
Close proximity to the beach and plenty to do for those days you just want to lounge around the house and relax. We always contemplate venturing out to try other rentals for future trips but routinely default back to this rental because it truly has everything we need! The homeowner has always been responsive and accommodating to all of our needs! Will likely book again for future trips!

Our family had a great time on our vacation. The home was very nice, inviting and wonderfully equipped for our 21 month old grandson. It was very convenient to walk out the back door and enjoy the saltwater pool. Our family would definitely recommend this home to our friends.

This house was the perfect family retreat. We had a large crowd and a lot going on with our daughters wedding and there was room for everyone to have their own space but come together as well. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to book our next stay!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home in Wilmington. The home was very clean and had so much space for our family. The back pool and yard area were fabulous. We had one very warm sunny weather day by the pool which was amazing. The heated pool made the pool swimmable for the kids on a cooler day. The home is located in a good neighborhood that is centrally located in Wilmington for easy access to everything! We highly recommend this home!

Amazing place to stay. I wish we had booked it for longer. We had an issue with no hot water and the hosts sent someone immediately to fix it so there was no interruption to our stay. The pool and all amenities were so wonderful. The house is so large and was able to easily accommodate 2 families. There are 2 separate living rooms which made relaxing and playing games easy. There are 2 different hammocks along with a fire pit area and tree house with play equipment outside. 10/10 recommend. I will book again but stay longer for sure.

Location of the property was excellent, about equal distance to the beach or downtown Wilmington. It was out of the main stream of town in a quite suburban neighborhood.

This property totally met our needs and expectations. Our group included 2 retired adults, their 2 adult sons and spouses, and 3 grandchildren. The propery was perfectly suited for all with great spaces inside and out for everyone. We especially enjoyed the heated salt water pool, and play areas for the kids - outside and inside. We were also in a great central location with easy access to the beach, downtown Wilmington, and many area attractions. A grocery store was just minutes from our door. Our host, Fred, was very responsive to our needs and questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

My family stayed at this property when we were in town for my niece's graduation from UNCW. We had a lovely time! The location was fantastic-Wrightsville beach and the college campus were about a 5-10 minute drive from the property. And everyone enjoyed the saltwater pool and patio space! It’s very beautiful and peaceful in the backyard, we spent a lot of time out there. The house is roomy and had enough space for the 10-11 of us there to eat together and visit. The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Our family hopes we can stay here again next time we’re in town! Highly recommend!

We were working on the USS NC for a week and stayed here with a total of 6 adults. House was spacious, very clean and lots of beds. We were all very comfortable. Neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Host was very easy to access. I would rent again 100%.

We were in Wilmington to celebrate 2 UNCW graduates… the house was super clean, well organized, well stocked and everything was ‘ just right’. Plenty of thoughtful items as well ( extra blankets, great kids space, etc). We had such a comfortable stay and the spaces were perfect for our gathering. We are a VRBO ‘frequent flyer’ and this one is definitely in our top 3 ever! Highly recommend!

Decided to make it a late summer family vacation. I love Willmington! The area is so unique! You have awesome beaches, great river front shopping and restaurants, and and the best variety of architecture you will find anywhere! There are awesome beach and city bungalows and gorgeous historical mansions everywhere! Prices for shopping and dining is very reasonable! What more could you ask for? And everything is 20 minutes away or less!!

The house is beautiful and fit 4 families comfortably. The pool was warm and so relaxing. The kids had a great time on the zip line. Plenty of room in the side yard for a corn hole tournament. If you are using the house to full capacity I suggest throwing in a few extra pool towels. Having two living rooms was great so kids and adults could watch separate things. The hosts were super quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful week and would love to return some day.

Great floor plan allowed privacy for all. Den/playroom and toys was awesome. Kitchen well stocked with all of the conveniences of home. Playhouse, zip line and pool were enjoyed by all. Only 15 minutes to the beach and convenient to a variety of stores and churches. Highly recommend to families of all ages. Host extremely easy to work with.

This house was perfect in every way!
The house was immaculate. It was spacious and the 5 bedrooms were just what this multi-generational stay needed. The old people with a walker down to the 12 year old found easy access. The heated pool was awesome along with the play area in the back. The owner was very responsive. This was an over all great stay for all of us!

My family and I loved this house. It was by far the most relaxing vacation we have taken. First time renting through VRBO so was a little nervous but the owner was very accommodating and reassuring. The house is conveniently located. Very easy to get to the tourist stops and loved the fresh fruit stand close by.

I loved this house! The amenities were perfect, the pool area is so peaceful. My kids and nephews loved the play area. I truly appreciated how safe the gates were to keep the kids out. The Dixon Wedding Stay
We had an amazing time at this location. The location was in the perfect spot…. only 10 mins away from all venues we needed to attend to. The bedrooms was spacious and comfortable. The place was clean and beautiful! I would recommend this location for anyone that is traveling to the Wilmington, NC location.

Great vacation home
This was our second time staying at this property. After the first time we knew we would be back. Honestly this is the most relaxing vacation i have ever had, and needed. Outstanding property
This house was beautiful. So clean and well equipped. Five nice sized bedrooms. It had a separate playroom for the kids to watch what they wanted on tv. The pool with slide was great fun for the family. The kids (two 7 year of boys) loved the play area with the zip line. Had s'mores one night around the fire pit. Hope to return in the future.

Had a great stay
We could not have been happier with the property. There was plenty of room for our whole family and everyone loved the pool. The kids also had fun on the zip line and in the treehouse. We played some games in the yard and at night at the table. Good food choices close by and beaches were close.

Great place for families
We all enjoyed our stay here. I was a little worried having a pool with 3 young kids but it was all very safe and kid friendly. There were gates around the pool, lots of toys, and the kids love the treehouse. Plenty of space in each room to let us spread out and unpack. Plus the two living rooms made it easy for the kids to enjoy something in one room while the adults watched something in the other. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed to prep meals for the grill. Everyone said that they wanted to come here again once the trip was over.
