Lets start at arrival. House is as found on map and pictures, located in a neighbourhood that could indicate concerns, but we had no issues during our stay. The 10 minutes walk to the Falls is the key selling point to this house. During our 3 nights we visited the Niagara falls every day (and night)to enjoy this wonder. We also recommend to take the short drive to see Niagara on the Lake. The house has a charm of its own, as you’ll find entering the house. It is furnished in an older style, but well equipped. Beds are comfortable, but as other reviewers also write the bathroom upstairs has a door that may not fit your needs for privacy. We love having a house over a hotel, since we feel more freedom and being ourselves, so this is the reason for not rather choosing a nearby hotel. Nancy was a very fast responder to all messages and it was easy to get instructions and recommendations for nearby locations such as groceries, restaurents and attractions. The reason I cannot give this rental full stars is the neighborhood including view from house and the state of the kitchen and upstairs bathroom considering the price. Had the price been lower the state of these rooms would be more acceptable.

Great place for exploring Niagara. bed in master was super comfortable. The twin beds are on wheels which was interesting for my 5 year old. Water was warm and had good pressure. Close to public transit. it checked my major points- comfort, clean, able to get a shower at the end of the day, and close to local attractions. The bathroom upstairs was a little cramped with minimal places to put things down but if I made it work with two small kids, it’s not a huge thing. Falls and Clifton hill are walkable- recommend cutting through the hotel parking lots behind the house then across the street from that, then the random empty parking lot- take a left and there’s Clifton hills. though the area looks sketchy at some points, we never had any issues or felt unsafe at any point. Nancy was an awesome host, super responsive.

Pretty and cozy. Amazingly equipped and well maintained inside and out. Our host was easily available and answered every question. Bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfortable. The pictures don’t do it justice, I have nothing negative to say about this home.

We had a ladies getaway weekend and the house was perfect. Easy walking to everything, felt relatively safe, very comfortable. Host was thoughtful and communicative.

Nancy was an amazing host and the home was everything we wanted! Our family traveled from Virginia USA and Nancy was very communicative leading up to our stay. When we arrived, there was lots of info in the home about the area. The home itself was perfect for the 4 of us. Rooms were comfy, living spaces were cozy, and the kitchen was quite spacious. It’s also in walking distance of EVERYTHING. No washer/drier but there’s plenty to choose from in the area! But we were provided with plenty of towels and everything anyway. I highly recommend this Vrbo!

This house is located very well. The owner was responsive and communicative. The stairs were steep and narrow, and the beds were somewhat uncomfortable. We recommend Cippy's Place for breakfast! It's within walking distance and has great food.

Stayed here with my adult daughter and sister for a get away. It was exactly as presented online. Beautiful, 10 minute walk to the falls, and super comfortable. It is just outside the chaos of the tourist area of Niagara Falls which was amazing. Easy to get to everything by walking. We drove to a closer parking lot only because it was really cold the weekend we were there but totally could have walked to everything in warmer weather. The house felt just like home. Clean, beautifully decorated, and easy to live in. We enjoyed our stay so much. Would highly recommend this home when visiting Niagara Falls. The owner, Nancy, is amazing too. She is easy to communicate with and very responsive. I always felt like she was just a text away if I needed her. Thank you, Nancy, for an amazing experience in Niagara Falls.

Great place to relax after a long day at the Falls.

Very cute house. The location was close enough to walk most places, if you are able. Everything was comfortable. Suited our needs perfectly. Communication with the owner was easy.

We needed a place to stay in Niagara Falls that would fit not only part of our Canadian family - but our family from England as well. This home fit the bill and we stayed for 4 nights! The eight of us could sleep comfortably, as well as make and eat all of our meals at the house as well - saving us a ton! The kitchen was very well appointed (for reals lol!). As well - this house is truly walking distance to Niagara Falls and all touristy things! We kept our cars in the driveway for most of the time (saving in parking costs) except for a trip to the Costco and a grocery store (which are a close drive away). Our host Nancy also mentioned taking a drive to Niagara on the Lake which is a must! Check in was easy and our host was very helpful but not intrusive by any means. The house was clean and homey (in a great way - as in we felt right at home). The location was fabulous and we all found it to be super quiet and peaceful. We can’t wait to stay here again - this time with our adult “kids”. Now that we have stayed here - we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Niagara Falls! Thanks again Nancy!

Great location, cute house, exactly what we were looking for

We enjoyed the area. The house is very nice and in a great location to walk to the falls and the surrounding area. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the house is well equipped to cook your own meals.

We enjoyed our stay we brought our Grandchildren. We wanted to Visit Niagara Falls and the House was close to the Falls only about 10 minutes to walk! It was walking distance to many Cafes and Restaurants! We highly recommend!

(Please read to the end - don't stop after the first paragraph!) Let's get the only negative out of the way first! Driving up to the location of the house, there's a moment when we all looked at each other and wondered if we'd made a mistake booking this house. It backs on to a hotel, has a parking lot on one side, and opposite is either untended grass/wasteland or is used for coach parking. The house is out on its own (with one neighbour) and it didn't feel completely safe or secure on first glance. It doesn't have much kerb appeal! But then all the positives start appearing! It was easy to get access via a couple of steps, and then using an electronic lock. The house is well decorated, with a comfortable lounge and dining area, and a very spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs are three large bedrooms (two double/kings) and a twin room, and there is a spare fold-down bed. There are bathrooms with showers on both floors. The air-conditioning works great, and there is an outside deck if you need that. There is parking for at least two cars. The only worry inside is that the sliding door for the upstairs bathroom doesn't feel very secure. It does have a catch now, but still could be improved. The owners have provided info on the local area, with maps and leaflets describing most of the attractions. It is genuinely just 10 mins walk to views of the falls. So, ignore the location. It is great value, is lovely inside, and feels safe and comfortable. We'd book again!

We had beds for everyone and the location is not to be beat. Very clean and all the essentials were in the kitchen.

The description is spot on- it is a great location! We could walk to the falls, restaurants, and other attractions each day with our two kids. And when needed, the bus stop was only a parking lot away from the house. The house was lovely, and I appreciated all the small things (welcome letter, binder of recommendations/phone numbers/etc, sheets, towels, etc). It was a stress free vacation! Those who commented that people hangout in the parking lot beside the house - they do. But we never heard them and they never bothered us. Don’t let that stop you from booking this house! I would definitely go back here again!

Was nice to have room to be together with family when it rained!

We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. House was very nice and well kept. It was perfect for our family of four. It had all of the things that we needed and I loved the deck. Communication was easy and owner was helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. The only unexpected thing was that it is right next to a hotel parking lot that a lot of people were frequently hanging out in. We had no issue/interaction with the other people, but it was a bit noisy at times.

This comfortable house was close to the falls, restrauants and attractions. It had free parking for 3 cars in an area full of expensive parking lots. Inside, the house had nice touches like comfy chairs, plenty of soft tissues, solid silverware and a nicely equiped kitchen. Walking or driving the location was perfect.

The property was clean and a convenient place to stay. The upstairs was warm but the fans in each room helped. I would recommend the cleaners use unscented detergent and dryer sheets for the linens. While they did smell nice, my parents and older child were all allergic to the heavy perfume smell and had to take lots of allergy meds to be comfortable.

Family (aunts, uncle, adult children) wanted a location near the Falls where we could stay together in a single property (versus hotel rooms). This place really fit the bill! We had a great time exploring the area and were able to use the well-equipped kitchen to cook breakfast for our group before heading out for "touristing" each day. Nancy was great in giving suggestions for restaurants, stores, and wine-tasting. Thanks for a great visit.

Great place for our family vacation to Niagara Falls! Very comfortable and clean and the house was even decorated for Fall. We appreciated being within easy walking distance but still in a quite area. Felt like home. 😁

This was the first time using Vrbo for a girls vacation. We found the house to be exactly as listed and very inviting and was decorated very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware, dishes and utensils you may need to make a meal. With the house located so close to the falls, restaurants and shopping we were able to walk to most locations.
