Tres dormitorios victoriana plana está disponible para las partes interesadas que buscan un hogar tranquilo y hermoso. La casa fue construida en 1924 y fue cuidadosamente restaurado para devolverle su encanto original aún engranado con todas las comodidades modernas. La casa está decorada con buen gusto y está muy bien iluminado de sus muchas ventanas y tragaluces. Se puede alojar cómodamente 5 como dos de las habitaciones más grandes tienen camas tamaño queen y la habitación más pequeña tiene una cama doble. Todo el piso ha barnizado pisos de madera originales, roseta del techo, molduras de corona, chimenea decorativa (no ser utilizado), armarios originales y puertas Francés-. El salón tiene un gran sofá de gamuza con dos sillones y una otomana extra grande que puede doblar como asiento adicional. Para su entretenimiento, hay juegos de salón, Wii-Fi, una gran televisión y un reproductor de DVD. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Al lado del comedor se encuentra una gran cocina con todas las comodidades modernas, como una cocina a gas de 6 quemadores, campana extractora, horno doble, más cálidas, un refrigerador grande, más pequeña nevera para bebidas, licuadora, tostadora, grande y cafetera. Hay dos baños bonitos (no tinas) que están llenos de toallas limpias, champú, acondicionador, jabón de cuerpo, y papel higiénico para su conveniencia. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una copa de vino en el patio o en el jardín privado donde se puede asar a sí mismo una buena cena en la parrilla de gas situada por debajo de las escaleras.

Perfect long weekend with family. Coffee in the morning from the coffee shop across the road, and ice cream after dinner from the ice cream shop also just across the road.
Ideal for staying in or going out. Felt completely at home.
Lupe met us to check in and had plenty of tips for places to eat, things to see, then left us to our own devices. Would stay again.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The place is clean, has a well supplied kitchen and Lupe was very welcoming and very responsive when a problem arose. We plan to come back to stay at this very comfortable place.

We had a wonderful stay in San Francisco at this beautiful property. Amazing hosts that are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The home is very clean and has comfortable beds and a great kitchen space with so many amenities. Nice to have a parking spot available for our rental car, too! We would definitely stay at this property again!

We arrived and were met by our host Lupe. Very gracious and helpful. We loved the location. Did not need a car and visited all the sights we hoped to see. We have stayed in many VRBO and this ranks at the top.

Super cool home with authentic San Francisco vibe . Fun coffee shop and yummy ice cream shoppe just steps away. Hosts are super-gracious. One of the best VEBO experiences for sure.

San Francisco was the end destination on our 2 week road trip on Highway 101 starting in Seattle. Lupe was there to greet us and open her home to us. The townhouse is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen amazing. All attractions are easily accessible and Lupe offers a list of restaurants and sites to see. It was the perfect place to unwind at the end of our vacation. Highly recommend.

Hosts were great, easy to communicate with and helpful throughout our stay. Location is close to the 280 freeway so it was easy to get around and they have a nice breakfast spot (Tasty Coffee) and ice cream place (Balboa Ice Cream) right nearby.
We had a family of 4 and the space was perfect to accommodate all of us.

The home offered all we had hoped for. It was comfortable and inviting and it felt like coming home when we returned from our discovery tours in and around SF. We received such a warm welcome from our hosts! There are thousand good reasons to visit the Bay Area again we we would love to stay with Marisol and Lupe again! Thomas & family

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a quick drive to the Fisherman's Wharf area with our rental car. There is also city transportation in close proximity as well as grocery stores, etc. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and had so many amenities.The beds were comfortable and updated showers were nice. We enjoyed being able to have dinners together in the dining room after a day of tourist activites and had fun playing games from their collection. Lupe was so sweet. She was a wonderful host who was very responsive to any questions we had and also very accomodating. We were sad we had to leave, If we are ever back in San Francisco, we will not hesitate staying here again!

Lupe welcomed us with wise advice about our plans, and a wonderful classic sourdough bread. Easy to get around the city from this quiet neighborhood, and it was a spacious, comfortable place to get back to at the end of a hectic touring day. Our family enjoyed the comfy living room and the open kitchen was a great place to gather to watch my brother make amazing breakfasts! Large dining area was a game night table on several occasions. Highly recommend and we hope to come again soon!

This gem of an apartment is carefully restored to original elegance. Hardwood floors, wood paneled dining room, tiled floor in the great kitchen, quiet bedrooms, and a porch in the back make for a great experience. The apartment is located in Mission Terrace, a diverse neighborhood with origins in the early twentieth century, when it was first developed. Lots of ethnic food in the neighborhood. Downtown San Francisco is a 12-minute ride with BART. Lupe and Marisol are wonderful and very responsive hosts. This place was our family's favorite thus far in San Francisco.

Lovely home that was very comfortable and exceptionally decorated. Convenient to the Glen Park/Noe Valley area and to the Tasty Coffee (about a block from residence) for morning coffees, lattes and pastries. Would definitely book again for return visit.

Marisol checked in my sister before the rest of us arrived and my sister couldn't say enough good things about how nice Marisol was to her and how informative as well. The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. We highly recommend staying here.

The location was perfect, away from the financial hustle and bustle, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is gorgeous and comfy and the kitchen has everything you could want!

We really did enjoy our stay. Our host was so very helpful ensuring that we had a great time. Although the location was far from the main part of San Fran, we had no problems at all catching the BART or calling an Uber. Within mins we were able to reach our destinations and saved so many money. As four women, we felt very safe in our quiet home away from home.

The location is ideal if you arrive at the international airport and you‘d like to visit San Francisco. The apartment offers plenty of room. What we especially liked was the large and very well equipped kitchen.
We can highly recommend the location if one loves to have an alternative to a hotel room.

Great property
The property was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely look to stay at the property again if we are traveling to the area.

Beautiful Home - Great Location - Very Clean
This is a great location - right on transit lines, even though we used our car to get everywhere. Lupe was wonderful host, providing us background on the home, upgrades, how to use TV, kitchen, etc. Wonderful outside deck for sipping wine while you look out over the city. Host provided starter foods and lots of spices and kitchen items for cooking. Only watch outs - no washer & dryer, but laundromat right down the street and no dishwasher. We don't mind washing dishes, but couldn't figure out how to fill up the sink with water to wash them well. Showers were hard to use - beautiful but none of us could figure them out completely over our stay.

Great location. Lupe's place was spacious and had amazing light. The beds were comfortable. They had a lovely welcome basket with snacks for us upon arrival. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We’d happily stay there again when we return to SFO.

Wonderful stay! The house is located right on the street car line making it very convenient to get around. The house was full of little complimentary extras that we really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of sight seeing. The local food was so-so. We were very happy and comfortable at this house.
