Great space for family of six. We loved having an in-unit washer and dryer. Property is reasonably well maintained. Kids loved the pool, waterslide and shuffleboard. The resort curates a diverse menu of activities for families including karaoke, pickleball and putt putt tournaments, etc. Location is 15 min from beach but access to sister property on the beach is clutch. Several shops nearby including WalMart. Close to I-95 and turnpike for broader southeast Florida travels. Overall we enjoyed our stay and going this good value bang for the buck.

The property was perfect BUT very little information was given for the surrounding area regarding restaurants and activities. You received a short list but very little information upon arrival. We went to an incredible restaurant that was not on the list and found on our own.

We had a great time. The only thing we were upset about was they booked us in the main building but after 1 night they decided that the building was now closed for renovations. We were woken up at 8:30 am with a phone call and needed to move our family of 5 to a new building right away. While packing we were construction works keep coming in to see if we were do . Beside packing up our luggage we also needed to pack up the groceries. It took up a good part of our afternoon.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. Lots of extra exciting things to do. Tuesday they have a wildlife presentation and we got to see and touch animals we have only seen on tv or in books. It was something to do everyday. Definitely will be going back

This place is exactly as shown, it is a great place for a family with children, although the game room, weight room and sauna was not open, we still enjoyed the live entertainment daily and the pool bar was great. I would highly recommend this place. You will love it.

This property served our family well as a great value that had plenty to keep the kids busy while my wife and I enjoyed the pool. The room was very clean and everything was exactly as pictured in the booking listing. This condo complex seems to be very popular and the only negative is that you should plan ahead for the potential that your room is not available for the 4pm check in, likely due to Covid staffing is the best we can assume. Our room was not available until 7pm and the three guests checking in at the same time as us were all told the same as they were “booked at capacity”, but overall it was a minor delay.

We enjoyed our visit
The property was clean overall. The check-in process was long. We arrived a little after 4:00 pm and it took almost 2 hours for our room to be ready. The front desk said they were short staffed. (No fault of the condo owner.) The burgers were delicious at the Kisses restaurant on-site. There was no social distancing at the pools and didn't have nearly enough seating on the children's side. Our family weren't overly concerned but if you are concerned about COVID you might want to be prepared for that. This was a nice stay overall....we usually have a positive experience at Wydham's. Condo was clean and we'll stocked.

The rental process was easy. Please tell your Club Wyndham employees to only follow up 1 time, I had 3 different people calling and texting me about 4 times during a 5 day vacation.

Great family vacation location
The Wyndham Palm Aire was a great place for a family vacation. In addition to having activities on-site, the Pompano Beach was just a short drive away.

We booked this for a quick getaway. It was great. Just what we all needed. It was nice to have access to the other Wyndham Resorts in Pompano Beach area.

Great place to stay
My favorite part of this rental was the fact it felt like a community. I felt safe letting my children play in the pool and around property while I was in the room or reading a book. Didn’t feel worried about their safety.

Not our best experience
We’ve stayed at this property before, but our room location was poor. Lower floor near pool, bar and road. Also above utility rooms. Constant noise.
Could not use hot tub as it was filled to capacity with way too many kids.
Not ideal for what we paid.

Spring Break
We stayed at the Wyndham Palm Aire for Spring Break. Plenty of room for two adults and two teens. Decent location, although 15 minute drive to the beach. Good pool and hot tub on property, plus activity center for kids. My only complaint is the check-in process which they stage to make you endure an initial sales pitch before they provide your room keys. Otherwise, all was as expected!

Great stay
Good location-Proximity to going north or south is great. We went south to Miami, Fort Lauderdale beach, west to sawgrass outlets, north to Boca, Deerfield & Delray beaches. Lots to do: putt-putt, volleyball, beautiful spa with sauna, gym, tennis, basketball, etc. The consierge was very helpful & had discounted tickets on local attractions. They also provide all you need (paper towels, dish soap, detergent, etc.) Pools & hot tubs were very nice. If you want to wake up on the beach, this is not for you; but if you want more space & amenities this place is great.

The resort is beautiful and the accommodations are fantastic. The Wyndham staff is extremely courteous and take care of requests very promptly.
All in all, it was a wonderful 3 weeks and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Overall Stay was good, Matt was responsive and helpful. The resort is nice and the upkeep is great. Only complaint was the pressure to attend to timeshare sales pitch. Avoided it, but it was not easy.

Relaxing
Very clean and staff was very pleasant and attentative. We stayed at the Sea Garden for one week and then at the Palm Aire for another week. Both were very nice.
