Esta casa recientemente renovada es perfecta para familiares y amigos o huéspedes de negocios. The Grape Escape tiene todas las comodidades del hogar a solo un par de cuadras del restaurante mexicano de Esparza, la bodega Homestead y todas las actividades que Main Street tiene para ofrecer. Es muy fácil acceder al centro de la acción en Main Street. Disfrute de todos los eventos especiales que Grapevine y DFW tiene para ofrecer.
Acabamos de remodelar nuestro histórico bungalow de 1949 con todos los electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos de electricidad, plomería, HVAC y de última generación para acomodar a nuestros huéspedes. This was our second stay at this property. This time, we stayed for two months and liked it as much, or more, than our first stay. The location is top notch - walkable to Main St, but the updates that they’ve done to the house also add to our enjoyment of the property. We would definitely rent here again.

We spent a month in this house and loved every minute of it. The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked, and the location couldn’t be beat. We were there during November so we walked the few blocks to Main Street daily to see the Christmas sights. We were even able to use the kitchen in this house to host a full family Thanksgiving dinner - something i could not say about many of the VRBO’s we’ve stayed in. We had no regrets about staying here.

I rented this home for my parents to visit and stay nearby our home for a month. It was the perfect location. They were nearby us but in their own space and able to walk to so many good places. It really gave them a short vacation and escape while visiting family. The owners were responsive and the home is in an adorable and safe neighborhood.

This property meets my needs perfectly. I spend most of the winter there and it is very comfortable. The best part is its location and close proximity to Grapevine's Main Street and all of its amenities. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Wendy is quick to answer questions and offer solutions when I need any thing. I look forward to staying there for many more winters.

This home in the Historic District in Grapevine, TX fit my needs perfectly. It was close to family, and a short walk to Main Street and all of its amenities. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and great for walking. The house was very comfortable and nicely furnished, with a great kitchen, and the backyard space was good. My 10 week stay was very enjoyable and I look forward to going back next year. Thanks for a great experience!

Wendy (and Tim) were very easy to work with. We had some issues with TV reception and Tim came over the same day to install another antenna. I had to get back into the property after checking out, and Wendy was so cooperative. Overall, a very good experience!

The house is darling! Updated, very clean, and most importantly: comfy beds! The house is walking distance to historic Main Street in Grapevine. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was new, the beds were great and it has a great backyard to hang out in. Grapevine is a cool little town and is central to everything in the metroplex. We where there to go to the Cowboys game. Owners very responsive and I will stay here again when I am back in the area.

The home was clean and quaint. The Bocks were responsive to our requests. The location is in walking distance of the old section of Grapevine which has wineries, shops and a public market. The convenience to the airport and it's central location between Dallas and Fort Worth was a plus! It was a great Grape Escape!

The home was so cozy. It was more than enough room for us. The location is amazing. The target and Walmart are within 2 miles. The mall, legoland, eateries, etc within 5 miles. If I'm ever in the area again, I will book the same place. Wendy was very pleasant and replied when I reached out. Very pleased!

My family of five had the pleasure of staying at Wendy's place in late June 2017. We were Colleyville-based locals leaving the area due to a job transfer, but needed a place to stay for just a few days. The house made me fall in love with historic downtown Grapevine all over again. House is a historic home, in the historic neighborhood, but with modern renovations. It is located within walking distance to Main Street and its restaurants, shops and wineries. Spacious, well-appointed and immaculately renovated, it has all you would need for a multiple-day stay in the area. Plenty of space, large kitchen and great back yard, perfect for a large family, two couples, or a group of friends looking for a very nice place to stay. Would definitely come back!
