كل شيء.. الموقع، الهدوء، الموظفون خاصة أستاذ أيمن الجزائري، تصميم الفندق جميل.. والمطل على الخور جميل جداً.

The pool , if there could be a little shade, the person manning the pool area wasn't very knowledgeable, had to make him understand and assist us. Even the food to reach took long

I made a wrong reservation, and the staff accepted to cancel and rebook without extra charge

location: not very attractive bed room with 2 is annoying very small pool cleanliness and wifi are ok breakfast buffet very poor dinner buffet a bit better than breakfast i got very sick and asked if i can cancel the last 2 nights, and they told me they will ne charged anyways even didnt offer any alternative solutions and i checked out one night previous to the booked date and the reception did not even ask why am i checking out this earlier

I liked the choices for breakfast. The cost for the hotel stay was very reasonable. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Liked the stay, the room and the facility. Despite some comments complaining about the sound, we didn't face particular issues. Maybe we were lucky to have quiet neighbours during our stay? Very friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was not having a big choice compared to other hotels, however, for this price, it was very fair.

Charged clients for poor design

The room that we got faced the waterfront and it was a nice surprise. It was a great view in the evening and during the day. Perfect for our need to stay and relax after a long trip. Also, the availability of parking (3 levels of basement parking) are really good for this area and something that we did not expect.

Nothing really. But we stayed only for one night so there was no chance to see anything less than expected
