Loved the outdoor spaces for hanging out, cooking and eating. Enjoyed walking to beach. Also shopping nearby for replacements for mobile phone and eye glasses due to ocean hazards.

Great retreat for our family. 12 were comfortable and had space to hang out together. Felt like our own private oasis. Hot tub was a huge hit with my 16 month old granddaughter and the rest of us. Great time in the pool. Short walk to the beach and wedding venue.

As a family with a few different households traveling together, the property fit our needs so beautifully with the many private bedrooms and bathrooms and when all together, the spacious common areas were fantastic. Clean, beautiful, close to the beach, amazing hosts! This house helped make our vacation absolutely amazing!

The house is beautiful and much better than expected. Plenty of room for big family, we traveled with a baby and we enjoyed every minute of it. The outdoor space is perfect for pool time and BBQ. Highly recommend for big family. Sandy was amazing at welcoming us to the house.

Great experience with booking process and Ginger's communication through the planning process. Due to covid travel requirements. This was extremely important for our groups logistics planning. Sandy did an excellent job welcoming us to the home and completing the walk throughs. She was accessible and very helpful. We look forward to future opportunities to rebook this home again. It was perfect for our family and had all the essentials we needed plus more. Thank you!

My family, comprised of 3 daughters & their husbands & my 5 grandkids, arrived to a welcome basket & a gorgeous house & yard. After covid & isolation, we all needed this vacation more than we realized. The two managers, Sandy & Ginger, made the whole process easy & both welcomed us & said goodbye. None of us wanted to leave & it was a great bonding time. The times with bbqed food & the hot tub & magnificent pool made us so relaxed. Nothing better than drinks by the pool & watching the kids squeal with delight! The kids all said it was the best trip they ever had! I highly recommend this house & would stay again in a heartbeat! It was nice to have Costco close by, as well as smaller grocery stores. I’m not one to write reviews but this was so impressive that I had to!! 100% great!!

The home and outdoor space was beautiful! The kitchen was well appointed and a joy to cook in. The Kahala location provides easy access to the beach, grocery stores, shopping mall, restaurants and Leonard’s malasadas! The home is furnished comfortably with lots of gathering spaces but also little nooks for getting away to read a book. We can’t wait for a return trip!

We looked at a lot of properties for a friends and family vacation that was leading up to a Hawaii wedding (though the wedding wasn't at the house). We wanted a place that was impressive and was different than a block of rooms in a hotel or resort. In all my searching, nothing else came close to the value and luxury we got with the Kahala estate. It surpassed our expectations. It was impeccably maintained and luxurious, with every amenity you could ask for. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and everyone had their own connecting bathroom. Everything from the main hall to the lagoon pool to the outdoor grill and patio (which was amazing - the grill was huge, well kept, and able to handle cooking for 10 people, and we were outdoors on that patio eating dinner many nights) gives the the impression of tropical paradise. Everyone was impressed by the place and thanked me again and again for finding it. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but with easy access to beaches, grocery stores, and local attractions (Waikiki and Diamond Head in particular, though we were all over the island that week). Even with 10 adults under one roof, we never felt crowded or in each other's way, even in high traffic areas like the kitchen, which was stocked with all the kitchen equipment and accessory needs for the group. Nikki was very easy to communicate with, answered every question quickly, and was a pleasure to deal with. We cannot recommend this place enough for any large group.

We had the most amazing 2 weeks at this property. There were 12 of us in our group with 5 being children aged between 2-6. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved the waterfall. Loved staying in Kahala. Would recommend this property to large families traveling together. There is heaps of space for everyone to be together or to spend time alone. Thank you Nikki for making our holiday relaxing as we had everything we needed. Would definitely like to return?
