The room were good although the shower in my room kept on snapping to cold The location was good Breakfast improvement in service always one waiter serving and hence delaying the flow of meals served

The mattress was too thin. It needs to be replaced. I was not provided with soap in the room and there was no phone to contact the staff with. I was staying across the road from the reception.

Breakfast was too limited no varieties at all your just forced to eat what is there.locatiom is good 👍

Everything was perfect. And very clean

I was told the rate l got on the booking did not include breakfast. Also l had requested for two separate beds instead of one double bed on the application which the receptionist said was not communicated to them.

They should not frown over rates agreed at time of booking and say it does not include breakfast or sound cheap.

The staff, especially the cleaners, they we're always up to their task to ensure client's comfortability. Anytime am around there, I'll be sure to make premier my hotel of choice.

Bed and chair ,some rooms have comfortable bed and chairs while others don't have.

The WiFi does not get to the rooms,it's only available around the swimming pool area.

The reception was very good, the room was spacious and the cleaners are good and maintained the room. The swimming pool clean and well maintained. the hotel location is good close proximity to town
