Very bad breakfast that too very expensive.

The staff behaviour is pathetic and that too they are liar. They lie and forced us to pay extra for breakfast

Nothing. As a matter of fact checked out 2.5 hrs before the check out time without breakfast as was not dure ehat kind of hygiene is being practised.

The cleanliness of the room and the bath was terrible, more so at the time of Covid. I don't think that the room was even sanitised as you had used paper in the wash room. Whilst trying to sort out the night parking, the owner turned up from inside. On my suggestion to have some earmarked parking for in-living guests I was looked down as if I hab come from Mars. The owner was not only rude but downright arrogant. Will never recommend this hotel. The name Valery view is s misnomer for the adjacent highway.

Foods were excellent. Rooms were big and very comfortable. Location is excellent just by the side of Delhi Highway and being away from Mandi city.

wifi was poor.
