Clean place

Food was brought late & cold ,u had to always remind them to bring the order to the room ,breakfast was cold ,came after 3hours of the order.

The room service was bad,bt the hotel was decent.

We didn't sleep the whole night there were some guests fighting and security guards did not come to manage the situation which carries on for along time and kept escalating.We felt unsafe. We didn't even stay for breakfast my husband was not happy about the whole experience. Location not good 2km from informal settlements.

Great service - staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place is clean and the breakfast was delicious. I was also happy about the security - I knew the car was safe downstairs. I think the corridors are absolutely amazing for an art lover. Definitely taking my sister for Indian cuisine at the place.

Paying on arrival when Booking.com could've handled that.

The room and linen was clean and the television was in working order

The attitude of the receptionist was terrible, we really felt unwelcome,we had to wait for her talking on the phone, she didn't even welcome us to the hotel, we couldn't be ushered to our rooms, I wish I didn't choose an option with breakfast, I really wasted my money, we had to pay for tea separately , I had to call for toilet paper! Disgusting

It was dirty (dusty, papers covered by curtains), dead geckos under the bed and ant infested (even after removing whatever eas dead), the ants were everywhere. Unimpressive complementary food (the eggs were dry and the cost of drinks was pricey (which was an additional cost for a complementary. The service was so slow. We waited 30 minutes to be helped by a waiter and waited an additional 1 hour for the food. Waited almost 30 minutes to pay the bill. This was daunting and frustrating.
